I wasn't a fan of the lawyer we used. It was a basic mortgage and she turned it into a death talk. She talked to me about my husband dieing and ended up making me cry. Something so simple turned into something terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to be talked down to.

Called this firm yesterday to inquire about their fees for a title transfer of a home being gifted to a family member, and the lawyer Susan was very rude and condescending. Instead of listening to what I was asking, she took it upon herself to give me advice (that was not asked for) on the situation and suggested that the family member gifting the home may have mental health issues, and the receiving party was taking advantage of her, and how there were multiple red flag alerts that would result in a lawsuit. I was shocked because this was the only lawyer who said this. I spoke to 5 other lawyers (to compare fees) from other reputable law firms, and none of them said anything like this or placed labels on my family members. This was such an uncomfortable conversation and very unprofessional on her part. I would not recommend employing any lawyer from this firm since they automatically jump to inappropriate accusations. A simple call about their fees turned into an accusatory conversation and left me feeling like I was doing something wrong. Terrible experience.
