Dessureault's Your Independent Grocer in Orleans is an excellent grocery store with a great selection of products. The store is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The produce section is always fresh and of high quality, and the meat and seafood department is impressive. They also have a good selection of organic and gluten-free products. The prices are reasonable, and the store is clean and well-maintained. Overall, Dessureault's Your Independent Grocer is a top-notch grocery store that provides a great shopping experience.

Dessureault’s Your Independent Grocer Orleans
Love this Independent. Always find special deals here, things that are not in the flyers. I often find great deals here on Flash food as well. They always seem to have fresh fruits and veggies and most if not all employees at the cash speak French which i appreciate! They also have a Canada Post, Wine Rack and Smoke Shop in store.

Sometimes they have good deals in the flyers.Seems to be sold out of a lot of things in the early evening around 6pm. Floors are clean, but have mismatched tiles. Overall it feels run down.

Management sooo rude, they won’t discount items with broken packaging when it’s the last one… all I was doing was asking and she gave me the dirtiest look for even asking… she clearly said that it was still sealed (so if it wasn’t sealed the store would still be selling it? The product says on packaging use with in 14days) lack of common sense and the smirk on her face just made it a horrible experience. SorryManagement that can’t even manage pretty sad

Small compact independent supermarket ( Loblaws premium brand for smaller local market space).friendly service and they always try to hire locals which is fantastic to experience.Specials are not always in stock although they do provide rain check.Customer service is located at front entrance. Separated from other cashiers allowing making requests or purchase of lottery tickets faster.

None of the staff seem to be happy working here due to the owner cutting hours for profit gain. I'd rather support a business that cares about its staff members even if it means paying higher prices elsewhere, which when looking at this stores absurdly high pricing already would be nowhere else. 100% would rate lower if Google gave the ability to

My first note is that employees capture all the best parking spots in the parking lot. Seeing as this store shares a parking lot with several other merchants. It's kind of tacky.The store is clean and well staffed. I find their prices to be slightly elevated than other grocery stores in the area. However, I do enjoy the sales that they have on occasion. They have an in-house Ontario wine store, a Canada post office, as well as a pharmacy I would consider this a full service grocery store . They lose one star just because employees take prime parking spots before 8 AM.

Yesterday, we saw the beautiful Orchids and we were debating getting one. A staff nearby overheard and offered great advice on keeping them alive. As I was waiting to purchase it, someone else came over and let me know that they had just been watered" (iced) the day before

Poor quality meat and vegetables that go bad within days. Overpriced items 2 for $5 are now 2 for $9. On one visit in the AM, deli counter person was on break, and I was told by staff and manager that I have to wait until they are back since no one is trained in the deli. Overall, the store is a huge disappointment.
