Karen was really helpful when choosing the right machine for my sister in law. She delivered it to our apartment at the agreed time and showed us all we needed to know.However the scooter broke down on the first day but Karen dashed us over another one and all was saved.Thank you for the fab friendly service. Hope to use you again soon.

Karen has been absolutely fantastic. She helped me select the best scooter for our needs, delivered and picked it up, which meant very little hassle for us! Always reachable and responsive. Cannot recommend strong enough. Will definitely reach out to Karen next time we're in Cornwall and in need of a scooter.

Excellent service, we booked the scooter to be delivered at our holiday cottage on the same day we arrived, the lady showed us how to use the scooter and how to take it apart to put in the boot of the car, then on the last day of our holiday the scooter was picked up. Having the scooter really made the holiday.

Karen provided fantastic service for us. We hired a manual wheelchair for our one week holiday in Cornwall. The chair was clean, lightweight - easy to use and transport. Karen delivered it to our holiday rental and it was collected the evening we left. Altogether an easy and friendly experience - would highly recommend and would use again without hesitation.

Brilliant company. Excellent communication and extremely helpful lady very understanding when our car broke down and we're late returning the scooter. Could not have found a better company. The scooter itself was in great condition and easy to use. Would definitely recommend and I would use them again.

We visited Cornwall recently and used this Company which I would highly recommend. Karen was very helpful and the delivery and collection service was great and saved us using precious holiday time travelling somewhere to collect and return. My husband was very pleased with the Scooter recommended by Karen.
