We gave FlatMate a large challenging residential job that included cleaning composite decking, pavers and flowerbed hardscape, rubber playground tiles, deck railings, gutters, and furniture covers. Chase was very responsive and gave me a comprehensive competitive quote. Hayden and Chase worked very efficiently and did an excellent job of everything. Work included combinations of pre-treatment, pressure washing, soft washing, hand washing, and blowing. Hayden came around to my condo to clean 3 balconies at a pre-arranged set price.He arrived on time at 10 AM and set about cleaning each balcony in the most meticulous manner, such that I became concerned about him finishing.Seven hours later, while he was labouring on the last balcony, i suggested that he had done enough. Not only was his work meticulous; his manner of communications and his desire for perfection were outstanding. Many of you, like myself have not power washed nor clear the gutter for the past 3 years during the pandemic, I’m now ready to have summer BBQs in our backyard, but was kind of embarrassed to asked friends over.
