Picov's Furniture

We had 2 couches picked up in the beginning of Feb. to be reupholstered. It's now April 1st, they still have our couches and deposit. They haven't sent it out to be stitched and they cannot tell us when we will get our furniture back. Would not recommend this place.

Last year I took a Gibbard Black Walnut Dinning Room set from the 1930s (my Grandparents) for refinishing. Yes it did take a lot of time, however the work was stunning and we are constantly complemented on how it looksShould be around for another 90 years.Today we took some cushions for out door furniture to be copied with new materials. Viewed the material being used and we will get Canadian made with Canadian product. It will be better quality than you could hope to buy in a big box store and for a reasonable price. Will most in a couple of weeks with the results.

Its been 2 months waiting for a fabric to come in. The fabric was in stock". We paid up front so now that he has our money there's nothing forcing him to get the job done.I called to get an update and there is no record of our invoice.This guy is a crook."

If there were a zero star I'd chose that. I did some decal cutting for their store truck and upon delivery the owner refused to pay me until it was installed by me. I explained to the owner that my services are strictly to cut the decals and not to install them like my ad said. It was the first job my business did which was big so I ended up installing the decals with the help of his worker in the back. He told me that the owner does this to everyone. He also said that customers old furniture with bedbugs are stored in the same place as new furniture. Definitely would not recommend this store to anyone, last thing you want is a bedbug problem. Owner of this store maybe you should start treating your employees better that way they wouldn't throw your trade secrets out there for the world.Response to the owner: Read it carefully again. I said I did some decals for your store truck. Your business is going down already. Try to salvage what you have left and be more apologetic instead of taking a hostile approach.

Excellent job reupholstering large loves eat & couch & great price. Staff operated safely during Covid picking up & dropping off furniture & lifting it to the right spot in our living room. My sister & brother in law referred us to Picovs and we are glad we followed up.

We have used Picov's twice now and will NOT use anyone else. Staff is friendly, their workmanship is top notch and their prices are so reasonable. Thank you Kerry and all your staff for making us happy furniture owners.

Recommended! I have dealt with Picov's twice and have had much success. Service was quick and efficient the first time. Second time along took longer but Kerry was very accommodating and repeatedly assisted with my requests in getting it right. i was treated fairly and with friendly service and would use them again -

Just picked up my kitchen chair cushions and the workmanship is very poor. Fabric is not streched evenly, staples on the back felt are far and few in between. The corners are just folded over top of each other...no stitching on them... back down to the city to get my furniture redone. I don't recommend this place.

Great workmanship pricing for most part is fair. Would give 5 but length of time is longer than. Expected. Can't knock their quality one bit so worth the wait.

Took two wing-back chairs in a few weeks ago to have them reupholstered and have the back of one trimmed to look more like the other one. Very pleased with the quality of the work, the time in which it was completed, the cost and interaction with staff. Will recommend Picov's Furniture to others.
