placed an order for pannel + breakers and had to come back 3 times as Josh Bovard could not do the order properly.3 wasted trips and than he informs me he will not proceed with the order" Josh has issues"

At first I did give you 5 stars, I’ve changed my mind! I ordered 15 metres I was short more than a metre! And now I gotta wait till Monday to come back to you guys so you guys can see for your self , I couldn’t finish the job brought an electrician but wire was short , even tho I added a bit extra length on my measurements! Never again here ! You couldn’t give a right measurements!

You feel kind of being ignored, unless you are a contractor!Also their prices are all over the places. Each time there is a big change in their prices!!They can be a bit more constant! Some of their agents give you a price on how they much they like you I guess! The reason being said is that the same item has cost my friends less than me some times!

They don’t do returns on the weekend, why not? Technically it’s possible but they choose not to do it. I just wasted my time and gas going there only to be rejected. Ridiculous.

They told me they could match the price that I get my wire from Robertson Electric so I drove 30 mins to them and they said no we can’t do it. Wasted my time and they didn’t even care.

We are an electrical contractor based in Guelph and were on a project in Toronto and no supplier around seemed to have stock of what we though was a pretty standard product - LED wall packs and bath fans! Not only did O'Neil Electric Supply have what we needed, we had several options to choose from. Saad Kasdano was extremely helpful with us. We only wish that there was a branch located closer to Guelph!
