I called in before and spoke to a gent who helped me sort an issue I had with vehicle registration under an out of province license. He gave me all the answers with a positive attitude and made my say much better. Then once at the office, the teller was professional and yet very friendly. The entire service was quick and felt very easy on my end, thanks to the support of all those involved at Westland.

They are very nice and helpful. I wish them all the best. The only downside is that they close really early since they are the only insurance agency around the area.

I have been using their service for 7 years now. I have all 6 vehicles insured through this agency. I have never had a issue dealing with this agency. The business is family owned and run. They have a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. You feel important when you walk through their front door. The service is fast and efficient. You are in good hands, when you deal with Similkameen Insurance Agencies.

Even with a line up outside the wait wasn't long. I was number 4, but still got in and out within 20 minutes or so.Service was knowledgeable, fast, and friendly.
