If you are looking for a Real Estate agent to help you find a property, it would be a mistake to not choose Eric. My wife and I were looking for our forever home...Eric was tireless, always available, patient, informative, knowledgeable and best of all, we trusted him. Eric encouraged us to keep viewing properties, even when we got discouraged by the market, and this is why we found our dream home. Eric is also a great guy, we enjoyed seeing him at house visits, and our 2 year old loved him. I don't usually leave reviews, but I am leaving this one so other people can benefit from Eric's personality, skill, and experience.

Eric was a delight to work with! He went above and beyond in helping me secure a nice condo. He walked me through the entire process which made it smooth and a lot less overwhelming for me. He was on point and took care of all the paperwork that we had to deal with. He would follow up regularly to answer all the questions. I was highly impressed by his care, professionalism and friendly approach. I will not hesitate to recommend Eric to anyone I know looking to buy or rent property, that's how good he is!! OUTSTANDING experience working with Eric! Attentive, (infinitely!) patient, knowledgeable, tenatious....the list goes on! His background in real estate investment and management really resonated during showings and helped us pick the perfect property. He was always on time to showings and prepared to answer questions (and there were A LOT!), quick and on point with paperwork. He continued to be present and informative until and after closing, which for all you first time buyers and folks who haven't moved in a while is incredibly beneficial during such an overwhelmingly busy time.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eric!

Eric is very accommodating and works tirelessly to help you find *your* home. He was always happy to answer questions, and would get back to me as quickly as possible when he had to contact others for the answers. He was extremely helpful all through the applications and processes which, as a first time home buyer, was quite overwhelming. Though the property purchase did not work out for me, I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for their new home.

Great person to work with, we were looking for a property to rent with certain specs and Eric showed us multiple options which met all the specs, he was very helpful, patient, very punctual for all showings and made the overall process so easy.
