Came here for my fiance to get him a new phone case for his birthday. The man working assured me he was selling me the samsung s21 case. I even asked him several times to ensure it was the right case because this was a gift and each time he assured me it was. I gifted the case to my fiance who was very excited since his old case is in pretty rough shape, only to realize he did in fact sell me the wrong case, it was the samsung 21 FE case. At the bottom of the receipt it says NO REFUNDS" but how is that fair if they sold me the wrong case when I explicitly asked him if he was sure. Going back tmrw to see about a refund

Very disappointed with my experience with this Cellicon… came to get an appraisal done on my girlfriend’s iPhone after doing an upgrade. We opted not to sell as we were unhappy with the value provided… Only to get home and see that the employee at Cellicon had put an 8-digit passcode on it during the appraisal, preventing us access to the phone. From the very beginning of owning the device, my girlfriend only ever had a 4-digit passcode. So, it’s not as if the passcode for some reason remained after performing the factory reset. It had been added and increased to a more difficult passcode. Due to the holidays and the mall being closed, we weren’t able to get into the phone until jan-08 (the day I’m drafting this review) and that is only because I got lucky and guessed the set password. Prior to unlocking the phone, we called in to ask for some assistance. The employee told me that they don’t put passcodes on phones while doing appraisals, but clearly that is not the case as it was our last stop at the mall and had just completed a factory reset at the Apple store to prep it for sale while transferring the data over to the new phone.Truthfully, I feel this were a sales tactic to force us to come back to the mall and speak with them again regardless if we were looking to sell the phone to them or not. I won’t be returning to that location in the future. It’s tricks like this that retain the poor reputation of salesman and women from the past.
