Mooretown Campground

Awesome adult campground! Will definitely be coming back for a longer stay to explore

5 night stay, been here several times. This time not enjoyable: what happened to Terms of Use in campground and site rental agreement? Our site was across from dump station Pod C disgusting...watched dollies emptied by just tipping upside down, NO HOSE, as well as large trailers just opening their tank, again NO HOSE connected. We were completely disgusted by sight of raw sewage right in front our eyes and smell that lingered all day, night in 34 degree heat. Then outdoor Karaoke lasted until 11:45 pm.. blasting unwanted music and singers: how insensitive to our health and sleeping needs.

Our favorite campground by far! Great sites! Perfect place to make memories - quite and peaceful. Campsites are well spaced, each campsite comes with fire pit, water and electricity connection. Staff - very friendly and helpful and the maintenance is impressive. Showers and washrooms are super clean. Definitely gonna visit again!

Fairly quiet. Bathrooms were clean and the grounds were well kept

Nice clean campground. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sites are large but not very secluded. Fine for a overnite or 2 day stay. One star off for to much chlorination in the water, taste gets into tea and food. Overall i would stay here again and I recommend this campground .

Mooretown Campground is a great little place for a weekend away. Staff are friendly and helpful, and sites are always clean and tidy. The pool is well kept and there's a nice little playground for the kids too! Would love if the transient sites offered a bit more privacy, perhaps a few more trees planted would help. Would also love to see the mini-golf brought back to life! Was a fun little addition back in the day. We will continue to go there time and time again though, as the proximity to home is close but not too close, and the quaint town of Corunna being just up the road offers any necessities one might need.

Had a family function planned for our engagement party and family reunion combined of roughly 60 people, more the half of them were children. We had more then half coming for the whole weekend and we were going to do golf and have a great low key weekend. We booked it had all of our family commit and pay us. Then we get a rude email from the owner saying she can’t do it because it’s an engagement party. The sad part is if we never told them it was an engagement party and had all of our family book separately there would have been zero problem. Also the sad part is the owner/ manager couldn’t even have the respect to give us a phone call to discuss and let us know the news. They lost out on a lot of business for this weekend and further business from any of our 60 friends and family that were attending. We do family thanksgiving there sometimes and I can assure you never again.

A nice quiet family oriented camp ground. We booked 2 transient lots covid spaced and we had our kids and grand kids stay for a weekend getaway staff was great lots clean. Will definitely be going back

They keep taking away things for the kids to do. No swings now. Pool closed down a lot. Needs to have splash pad and better play equipment if you want to be a family campground.
