If I could give no stars I would. We bought our home in November and have never owned a pool or hot tub. We started using Argosy for our hot tub and then at the start of May we tried using Argosy to get our pool dewinterized. We have a smaller above ground pool so thought we would get it going before the rush at the start of May. We couldn't even schedule an appointment. We were told we'd be penciled in for mid May. Come mid May we tried calling. Called Monday-Wednesday a few attempts each day. Left a voicemail Tuesday. Finally went in person on Wednesday. Was told someone would be sent out the following week because that week was now fully booked. Once again asked for a day and time would not give us one. Told us he would call us before arriving. At that point I was not going to continue dealing with and waiting on a company that won't even give me a date for service after three weeks of waiting and trying. Thankfully we decided to go with another company because we have still not seen or heard from Argosy pools and our pool is up and running no thanks to Argosy. We also recently learnt that after telling them multiple times that we could not get the Bromine levels up in our hot tub that it was because they failed to give us an important chemical that would do this. They even did a service call to our hot tub at one point showed up with no tools or chemicals but still charged us for a service call. Absolutely disgusted with their lack of customer service and knowledge. If you are a long time customer maybe they answer your calls or show up but if you are new customer forget about it!

The other reviews are from their staff. Truth from a customer: Awful. Rude, when they even respond. Treated me like a burden, not a valued customer. Had to chase them for everything and anything, and never got all the answers or help I needed. Do not recommend.
