This company is by far the most professional and reliable I had the pleasure to deal with. They responded to my calls quickly, they guided me through the different products and advised me to what best suited our needs. The technicians Joseph and Richard were the most professional pair that installed my new unit. Joseph took the time to explain to us exactly what he was doing and if he came across problems which he did as he corrected the many mistakes that were there from my old units installation, he made sure that whatever he needed to do to was done properly and correctly so that my new unit would run at superior performance. Thank you so much for all your time and hard work, you definitely have another loyal customer!

I'm giving 5 stars for Eli's repair work. We had an issue with noise in our head units. Eli was able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly.One of the units ended up needing a new motor and Climatech was able to source the part and send Eli back within a few short days. Eli is knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Highly recommended!

When we decided to install an air conditioning system, we chose Climatech because they were recommended by friends who had had a good experience. The salesperson, Sam, who visited us was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive on follow up. The technicians who came to install the unit, Richard and Mikael were conscientious and friendly. It was a positive experience - would recommend.

Eli showed up the day after to service my air conditioner, he carefully explained the problem and did the required corrections promptly. Excellent service from Climatech, you are a fantastic team!I just had a Mitsubishi split air conditioner installed and the entire process went smoothly and trouble-free. This has been one of the best experiences I've had as a customer, amazing service and responsiveness, coupled with reliable and professional installation. Rony was quick and responsive during the quotation and ordering process, explaining the different options in a straightforward way. It was a breeze confirming the appointment and afterwards, the office staff was accommodating and helpful when I requested a change from the morning to the afternoon and some other details. The installation team was highly professional and experienced, Joseph and Richard were excellent, they took their time at every step to make sure everything was all right and to explain the various details in answer to my questions and preoccupations. Joseph also took the time to give me instructions how to use the remote control as well as some maintenance tips. All in all, a job well done, would strongly recommend.

Absolutely superb product quality as well as the people behind it. Professional, very knowledgeable and courteous, you won't find better than this. Joseph and Richard did a great job on the installation, took their time and did things right, no shortcuts. Joseph was amazing in providing very useful suggestions regarding the location to install the unit as well as explaining all aspects on efficient operation of our new heat pump. I would recommend without any hesitation.

I had a Mitsubishi for over 20 years and it worked perfectly. Three years ago I decided to replace it with a new Lennox—which unfortunately was complete garbage (long story, but don’t buy one). I decided to junk the Lennox and replace it with a Mitsubishi. Climatech sent Sam over and he understood our problems and made everything easy for us. The installation team were fantastic, experienced and knowledgeable. They even recognized all the issues plaguing my Lennox that Lennox themselves could not figure out!

I was in the market for an A/C after my portable air conditioner broke. I come upon this business using Google search, they say in life everything happens for a reason. I spoke with Sam and right away got a good feeling about him. ( Always listen to your inner voice). Mr. Sam come over to my house and determined what unit would serve me best while saving money on a bigger unit that I thought I might need. I appreciate his knowledge and most importantly his honesty. To tell you the truth I didn't even shop around in order to try and save give or take $100.00, the quality of the product plus the installation are more important to me. It's not something that you buy every day. Vrej and Albert were the technicians that installed the unit and they did a fantastic job. As a note it is very important to get those units installed properly or they won't function properly. I choose Mitsubishi as they are known the world over for their reliability and performance. I would like to thank the all team at Climatech for the outstanding job.if you are still reading this review at this point you might think that it's an advertisement. It's not, rest assured that I sometimes unfortunately I write bad reviews as well, but when I am happy then i let it be known as well.

Mr. Sam took the time to propose the solutions for the requirements and was courteous. For the installation Mr. Joseph was meticulous to execute the work while taking into account the aspects of esthetics and flexibility. Did a vacuum test to make sure no leaks are present. Very professional service. I would definitely recommend.

We installed 4 ACs in our home. The service was excellent. Sam and his team did a great job. The ACs were installed over a period of 2 days. The following day we also had a new team among them Albert and Imad who were also very good. The way the ACs were installed inside the house and outside was neat and tidy. The installation matches with the exterior of the house too. I do recommend the company and their team. Good job!
