Highly recommended! I've been seeing Dr. McMechan for many years and she is the best optometrist I've been to. Her staff have always been friendly and very helpful in helping me pick out some great frames! Always a fun time picking out frames here.

I would give less than one star if I could. I called specifically to ask if they direct bill, and received confirmation that not only do they direct bill, but that they can do so for both of my insurance plans. Imagine the surprise on the day of my appointment when they request payment because they do not, in fact, direct bill - they merely submit a claim on your behalf and will require payment at the appointment (approx $139). Had I known, I would have booked with a more reasonably priced doctor, or searched out one capable of comprehending a concept as simple as direct billing. Exercise caution and ensure you have cash on hand if dealing with this place because they are either not terribly intelligent or not very honest when making appointments by phone.

I took my brother (autistic) to the eye doctor with his prescription, they refused to give him anytime, he had an appointment. They said the doctor was not in. at that exact moment somebody walked up for an appointment with the eye doctor, that's weird, he also had a exemption paper from his doctor that he did not have to wear a mask, he has extreme enxiety. Why is this so difficult!

Very Impressed with every thing here. Staff friendly, Drs knowledgeable and go through extra steps in a full exam.Was scared to change eye Drs after a move but so glad I did. I fully recommend. 5 stars.
