I wouldn't use this office. ESPECIALLY with elderly selling thier house. Bad deals . reverse mortgages, be your own mortgager. Bad, Bad, an documents are so old, they been photos copied over and over again. I hope these elderly don't lose they house. or have to go to court to get it back.

Would not buy from this team of agents. Just had one of their agents call me and try to bully me into signing a contract with them. They then went on to call me unethical and a liar.It is unfortunate that one bad team member ruined it for the entire team. Be careful and do your due diligence before working with them.Will never use or recommend this team for any real estate ever again. I wish I could not even give them the 1 star cause they are not even deserving of that. Absolutely terrible!!!

I am confident that they are good people and things happen but I made 2 calls and dropped in personally attempting to get a specific agent to contact me. It took them 4 days to get someone to call and they sent an agent from the wrong area. When I finally heard from the correct agent it was only after 5 days. I had moved in and made other arrangements. This followed a pattern as we had reached out over two days multiple times concerning a listing the agent had about 6 months ago and never received a call back.

Recently closed a house with Tav. Very poor experience and I would not recommend. Saw Tav at our original meeting and once we signed with him and he put his sign up, we did not see or hear from him at all. His team was not responsive and I had to follow up to get feedback on visits. Seemed liked he was just in it for the money and not the customer experience.There are many agents out there that connect with their clients to ensure the process is efficient and seamless, but Tav is definitely not one of them. Make sure you do your research prior to agreeing to have him and his team represent you.We did not get top dollar for our house and we regret having him represent us. I would recommend looking past all the false advertising regarding the “top agent in Canada” and ensure you do your due diligence to ensure you know what you want in an agent client relationship before you commit.

When looking for real estate advice make sure to look around for someone who can be honest and prepare you for the reality of the market. Real estate can be exciting and stressful and the most important part of the process is having a real estate agent that knows the market! When selling a home it is easy to get caught up with the movement of the market but it’s our responsibility to trust our agent as they know the true value of our home. It’s easy to make inflated goals of what we want on the sell of the home but that might not be realistic. It’s good to have an agent in your corner like Tav who can be honest and realistic so you can make the best return on your investment. Make sure you do your research and go with the an agent who cares to get you the best deal for your home!As a buyer he is going to help you find the home that suits you and your family needs within your budget.Remember to do your research and always look at the numbers — if your agent is moving homes and stays active in educating our community than you know that you have made the right decision.
