We wanted to take advantage of the Greener Homes grant and upgrade to a heat pump in our house in Keswick. Brian was great to communicate with, got the job done quickly and smoothly, and was open to any weird requests or awkward hours he could come by. I have been scoffed at by other HVAC service companies for wanting to get rid of my gas furnace, so it was nice to be met with someone who is open-minded and willing. Thank you BMS!Edit: I wanted to add that Brian was just a super nice guy and was cool about working around my wife's WFH schedule and working with her without being patronizing.
