Rising Knead Bakery

Already try a couple product at Rising knead bakery. Always really good product, but specially this lemon tarte was delicious, we can compare to the famous French bakery/pastry. One on the best place I try in Canada, I recommanded 100%

Luckily we have been able to enjoy these sourdough breads during Covid-19 restrictions with their home delivery, thank you so much! If you haven't tried their cranberry sourdough, white sourdough and multi-grain sourdough, don't wait any longer. Some of the best fresh bread in the area.

Everything I have bought from Rising Knead Bakery has been absolute quality, some highlights for me - the garlic rosemary olive foccacia, the seasonal fruit danish, plain croissants and sprouted grain sourdough... honestly everything Meg + co cook is delicious, I have to practice self restraint every time I go to the markets. Highly recommend!

Every time I visit the farmers market in Squamish I get one roasted garlic focaccia to eat right then and there, and one to put in the freezer for a rainy day. Always very friendly service and delicious food!

more than 5 stars if i could. oh my goodness! only rarely do you find yourself trying a new food producer where you can do nothing but marvel at the quality and flavor of what you purchase. my wife and i travel a good bit and i am looking for a place to enjoy baked goods everywhere, US & elsewhere. i have even curated bakery tours in my local area. it is without hesitation that i say that the items we purchased from Rising Knead on a recent visit to the Squamish Farmers Market were easily top ten of any bakery i've ever enjoyed anywhere. we purchased four items and even after a couple of weeks i'm thinking about them regularly.our purchases were as follows-strawberry almond croissant, RKB cookie, rosemary & rock salt twist X2, focaccia of roasted garlic, kalamata olives, and rosemary. all the products-breads and pastries-are produced with a sourdough dough process and it makes for a delicious flavor and texture in the hands of the baker here. she has perfected the use of sourdough imo. the croissant was perfectly crisp outside and silky on the inside. almond flavor (paste?) was lovely, with the only (miniscule) personal peeve being that there wasn't enough strawberry. and i love strawberry. still a delicious item. the twists are made with their pastry dough, twisted into a stick form, and sprinkled with rosemary and sea salt. if this savory flavor profile interests you at all do not miss one or two of these. you'll want another as soon as you finish the first. the RKB cookie is a marvel, the first time i've enjoyed a sourdough cookie. chocolate, oats, pecans, and almonds all together and just delicious. definitely an i need another" item.the star of the show was the focaccia. as they describe on their website

We ordered baked goods from Rising Knead to provide breakfast at our wedding, and they were so good! My European family can be quite the critics, but we all loved the croissants ;) Meg was a pleasure to communicate with, and she worked with us on short notice to bake additional goods on a summer market-day. Thank you for a great start to our wedding day!

Great sourdough delivered right to our door in Whistler. Inspired me to try to bake my own. It's not as easy as they make it taste!
