WALL MOUNT TRONICS

We struggled to install our 55'' TV ourselves so we hired Alberto and Gerry and they did an amazing job! They were able to come the next day and installed the TV very quickly and thoroughly. A smooth process from start to finish, would recommend!

First thing first - Fantastic service!!!Clear and very prompt communication from the very start.Very simple and to the point explanation of the service.Professional approach to installation of the wall mount. Every step was explain and all questions were answered right away.All concerns were addressed very clearly.Alberto was able to accommodate when I was not able to get the service on their scheduled day.The crew showed up on time without delay.The TV was installed and the place was cleaned after.The crew was assisting with any further upgrades/request in the spot.I cannot recommend Alberto's service enough.

Backstory:Had a little of mishap with the mounting height of my TV with a previous installer and gave Alberto a call.These are the timeline and how the situation was dealt with.1) Alberto (without any promise from me to retain their services), stayed on the call and waited for pictures to be sent to him to describe the issue that I was having. He had an initial grasp of what needs to be done and scheduled me for the next available timeslot. He was also very accommodating to the timeslot that I needed for me and my partner to be around.2) Alberto and Gerry were both punctual during the scheduled appointment, not only punctual but they even came early. Both were extremely friendly with their greetings and you know they know their stuff.3) Proper measurements/discussion took place and most important, their recommendations, which I think anybody whos new to getting their TV mounted should take into account how valuable this is.4) Mount job was done in no time, they spent most of the time ensuring that I was happy with the position but once that was pinpointed, they got to work fast and even took precautionary steps to ensure that they did not leave a mess. It was quite endearing to see Alberto carrying a hand vacuum around to try to clean up after themselves.5) I couldn't be happier with the results.P/S: Do not be fooled by the amount of reviews and how stellar their reputation is with BBB, they do not charge more than the usual rate but they do a phenomenal job, experience goes a long way.I'd recommend this to anybody, ESPECIALLY those who are unsure how TV mounting should be, especially if its their first time, not only are you in good hands, you learn a ton when its Alberto and Gerry that you're retaining and at no more than what someone less experienced may be charging you (P/S: I went through 2 installers in a week!)

Alberto was excellent! He was very patient and professional. We called a few who declined to mount TV on tiles. Alberto finished the TV mount work excellent. We will definitely contact him if we need any video or audio installation service. Highly recommended professional!

Wall Mount Tronics was one of three contractors I contacted, and with the combination of price and professionalism, there was no need to contact the other two. It was a no-brainer, we decided to go with Wall Mount Tronics based on their incredible amount of 5* reviews and we’re thrilled with the end result. Alberto & Gerry wall mounted two LG OLED TVs (65”, 77”) along with a recommended sound bar/subwoofer system supplied by them.We had met Alberto a few days earlier when he was here for a complimentary consultation and were impressed with how knowledgeable, experienced and down-to-earth he was. They’re also authorized dealers so can supply any audio/visual equipment needs you may have. Our only regret was that we didn’t have our last 65” OLED wall mounted by them as it was no match for a cat that loves to chew. Thank you Alberto & Gerry…you guys are the best!

Alberto helped us mounting our TV on a tile wall. Before Alberto, we called couple other wall mount service providers and most of them said no to tile wall. When we reached out to Alberto, he said yes right away and scheduled us for just 2 days after. Alberto showed up on time and mounted our TV perfectly. He was professional and also nice during the whole time. Most importantly, he was willing to share his mounting skills with us and explained everything clearly. We learned tons from him. Our living room with TV mounted just turned out AMAZING! Thanks Alberto!

Wall Mount Tronics did a great job mounting our TV. I was debating doing it myself, but this now gives me the piece of mind that it’s done right.
