Amazing Experience!!Ali was really friendly and honest about every detail about the car, I got an as is 2012 Mazda 3, it was in great shape and even better than he described in the phone.Ali also was really helpful, he helped with certification and registration as much as he could.I would definitely recommend Ali, and I will sure get back to him with my future car needs!

The car I bought from this dealership was not at all in the same condition as was communicated to me. A car that was supposed to have passed a safety became undriveable and required repairs twice during the first 36 days after I purchased it. The dealership did have a safety document for the car, somehow, even though the car had all of these issues. It gave me a very false sense of security and a completely incorrect impression for the state of the car.It required thousands of dollars of repairs to be restored to an acceptable state for driving. I had to take it for an independent safety myself after the third issue came up because I was scared to drive it (this was within 2 months after purchase, about 1.5 months if I recall correctly). The car, of course, did not pass the safety. There was another seized caliper (after a first seized caliper was repaired within the first month after I purchased the car), a broken strut mount, a rotting strut mount about to break, a broken parking brake line on one side and more.If you choose to purchase a car from this dealership (which I do not recommend) then ensure that you take the car yourself to a mechanic of YOUR choice for a safety and assessment of the state of the door. Save yourself a lot of headaches and pay to have the car safety performed independently.

I bought my truck from Ali 2 days ago and the service was excellent. He was very informative and easy to talk with. Did not feel pressured at all. I would recommend seeing him for a good price and excellent service.

This review will be a little longer that normal but if you look at my reviews, they generally are :-). I found a beautiful c300 online so I decided to check it out for myself. I came in from Cambridge, ON. The car was exactly as advertised and looked as good as it did in the pictures. I after getting back home, I called the phone number and spoke with Ali who agreed to meet me the next day in order to test drive and better look at the car. The test drive experience was great but what was really exceptional was the customer service experience. Ali helped me to understand the buying process and went through everything with me in great detail. He was very personable and made the car-buying process pretty easy and straight forward. He got the vehicle ready for pickup very quickly and the vehicle was turn-key" and ready to go when I arrived at the agreed-upon time. I really want to emphasize how the overall car-buying experience was really good despite the rumours out there of difficulty buying a car in the GTA. I give a thumbs-up and would definitely deal again in the future! Thank you once again Ali and RSA Auto!"

Ali was prompt in answering my inquiry about the 2007 Nissan Versa he had for sale. He was friendly with a no pressure sales attitude. Allowed me to take my time on the road test and check the car out for myself.He was quick to communicate to me that the car needed some things for safety and that delivery would be delayed. I appreciated that.Upon pick up he made the transition smooth, I was able to check the car and road test it. He even helped me take care of my previous vehicle hassle free.The list price was exactly what I paid on final sale despite the extra work needed. Very happy with RSA and Ali I will be recommending anyone I know that is looking for a used car.

Would never purchase from this seller again.We bought a vehicle and within 2 hours of driving it off the lot there was a check engine light and a variety of issues. This became an ongoing problem and a major struggle to have the dealer fix very obvious issues, they took over a month to get rectified.When our own mechanic reviewed the vehicle after purchase we were told it should never have passed safety.The underside of the vehicle was rusted and had been painted with black paint to cover it up. We were unaware until our mechanic hoisted the vehicle.When their mechanic had to fix issues with the O2 sensor that came up within hours after driving off the lot, we some how recieved the vehicle back to us with the wheels and steering completely *misaligned*. We had to pay our mechanic to realign them.After a month of back and forth we finally managed to get them to agree to reimburse us for a variety of mechanic costs to fix problems their mechanic had caused, but every moment dealing with this dealership was a headache the second they had cash in hand.I do not reccomend purchasing from this dealership.

I highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this place. The owner is nice when you first meet him and seems like he’s helping you and being honest. I gave him a $600 deposit to hold the car while i decided, since he was saying other people were interested. I decided not to go through with getting the car and he is refusing to give the deposit back because he “used the money to get new tires and keys for the car” even though i never signed a bill of sale promising i would purchase the car. Stay as far away from RSA auto as you can, go anywhere else.

I had a great experience at RSA! They offered the best deal on my trade-in (I had spoken to two other dealers) and I never felt pressured even though I test drove four cars on two different days. The customer service was second to none and they were patient with all my questions. I picked up my car last night, and I really couldn’t be happier. They accommodated me picking it up out of hours, and did some detailing before the pick up, so it looks like new. I would definitely use RSA again and would recommend to family and friends! Thanks guys!

Very nice experience. Ali is a friendly and honest seller, he gave us the opportunity to test drive the car and we took it to the mechanic in order to get the safety, and guess what, the car didn't need any work to pass safety. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!I had a friend do a $500 cash deposit since they do not accept credit or interact deposits. I live an hour drive from where this dealership is located, but had a friend who lives close by drop off a deposit. When my friend brought the deposit I wanted to make sure that someone signed a piece of paper stating that a deposit was received. The dealership tried to just pocket the $500 cash and not sign anything. My friend informed me the vehicle I was interested in did NOT have leather seats, did NOT have a sunroof and the kms on the vehicle were 4,000 more than what was advertised. Ali at RSA informed that the advertised price included getting the vehicle safety certificate. I purchased the vehicle anyways since the vehicle looked like it was in good condition. The next day the wrench symbol appeared on the dash and the trunk latch won't work. Contact Ali at RSA auto Ali emailed a link from a youtube video on how to fix this issue not them. The vehicle went to a mechanic and the diagnostic results of the wrench symbol is that the Rear Differential needs to be replaced & the extended warranty does not cover this repair. To make matters worse this part is currently on back order and cannot drive this vehicle, as this is not safe to drive with a rear differential that needs to be replaced and currently sitting at the mechanics shop!!!!
