Robinson Veterinary Services

I met 3 staff, the receptionist/office manager, the vet tech and the doctor. I found them all to be amazingly compassionate. The office manager worked hard to fit us in when other vets said no. They wanted our cat to have minimal stress in the last minutes of her life. They were very kind and caring. The doctor clearly explained what was gong to happen, which was a comfort. The tech was expert at handling animals in a caring way. I would highly recommend Robinson Veterinary Services.

We have trusted Dr. Robinson for the past 8.5 years. From the first time we walked in with our dog, every visit, boarding him there when we would go on vacation...this past Tuesday we had to say goodbye to our beloved boy, and the staff was so loving with us and him.

When we had to put our dog down after 13 and a half years Dr Robinson was right there even though it was the weekend. Both the Dr. and his wife were extremely professional and sympathetic. They definitely helped us through the entire process. They explained everything that was happening and they gave my wife and I all the time we wanted. Once again they have gone above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend them.

I can’t speak on the experience once you get into the office, since we never got a chance to be seen by anyone. But the person that runs their email and phone services lacks compassion, knowledge, and isn’t eager to help the business make any money.Our cat had been profusely drooling for an entire day - leaving anything he was sitting on soaked. I emailed Robinson Veterinary Services to explain what was happening and see if they believed it was grounds for my cat to be seen by a vet. The person that answers their emails told me that it did sound like something that he should be seen for. I then responded to ask if I could bring him to Robinson Veterinary Services then that day so he could be seen. The person the proceeded to tell me how they are not taking any new patience, but that I could visit their other locations in London.Upon looking up their other locations, they stated I needed a referral to be seen there. I decided to contact another vet completely that handled our situation. Overall, if Robinson Veterinary Services wants to make money, they should be open to taking new clients.

Robinson Vet has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Fast, efficient, kind, funny. This is the only place I recommend bringing your pet!They also have a variety of services ranging from dog boarding (cheapest you'll find), nail trims and dog bathing!A family run business where you feel a part of it!

Dr. Robinson was referred by a good friend, and I have never been disappointed. The whole team is amazing. I would highly recommend this team for your pets. The care for my fur babies is top notch. Very friendly vet family!!! They care about your pets as much as you do. Love them!!!

They have always been an amazing place to go. Great vets, and very helpful overall budget friendly for what it can be and we'll always trust them 100 percent! They are worth it and again just truly amazing and compassionate.Would recommend taking your pet there if you need anything. They have amazing staff.
