Found these guys online, placed an order. It took a day or two to get the invoice...from there I was promised a 5-7 business day turnaround. It is now 15 days later and we still haven’t received our item. Trying to reach Luis Machado several times and no one cares to update us. No one picks up the phone! Super frustrating!!
