Was recommended this flooring company and couldn’t be more pleased with the pricing, availability, and selection! All the representatives at 360 Flooring/Quick Floors were so helpful and fast with our purchase and delivery. I was able to get a better quality laminate for a cheaper price and wider (more modern) size than other major retailers, and I am very happy with the colour and design we selected. Very convienient that they brought samples right to my door. We definitely recommend this company for all your flooring needs!

WOW!I came across Quickfloors.ca in Toronto late evening yesterday. By early afternoon today, Anthony from Quickfloors.ca had dropped off a sample of slate to my doorstop. This is remarkable.At this time, it is becoming increasingly difficult to shop for materials for home renovations. Most retailers have so much demand for products, that many are no longer prioritizing their customer service. This is not true for Quickfloors.ca.My contractor had found us a slate I thought to be overpriced for my mudroom. I did a quick search online and Quickfloors.ca came up. Their advertised price was $1.40 less than my contractor's provider, and $4.23 than a major tile retailer in the west end of Toronto! I called Quickfloors.ca in the morning to find out more information.Anthony was not only very polite and cheerful, he went out of his way to help me. He confirmed the price advertised online, how much of the slate he had in stock and told me that once I decided whether or not I wanted the item, he could arrange to have a sample mailed to our home. If that wasn't enough, within an hour and a half, he called me to let me know that he had just driven by my home, and dropped off a full sized sample of the tile at my front door. I was truly shocked.I emailed him to thank him and he then offered to help me out with picking tiles for my bathroom as I am not sure which direction to go in. This is a portion of his reply : .....let us work for you and help! What kind of look are you trying to achieve in your downstairs bathroom? Concrete? Marble look? Polished or Matte? Size? Let us know what you are looking for and we can narrow it down....." .I have already told my contractor and others about this company and I felt an honest review was the least I could do to thank Anthony and this company for their efforts to help me.Exceptional customer service!"

We were searching for specific type of tiles and Quick Floors delivered what we wanted on a prompt and professional manner. They made sure that we got the right tiles as soon as possible to complete our project. It has been a good experience with them. We highly recommend Quick Floors for their customer and quality of service.

We had a great experience with Quick Floors. From dropping off free LVT samples to answering our questions, offering the best available pricing (the pricing really was the best as we compared that to at least 4-5 other retailers), executing our order and delivering it on time, everything was amazing. The day our flooring was to be delivered, their delivery guy cancelled so Anthony at Quick Floors personally delivered the flooring, which we highly appreciated as any delays in delivery would have caused us a lot of grief. When the surface reducers that were delivered were not the right ones, Anthony made sure that we got the right trims as soon as possible to complete our project. Our whole experience with Anthony and Quick Floors has been amazing. We highly recommend Quick Floors for their best customer service and really competitive pricing.

So the store that I had purchased from before had no inventory. I googled the style of floor and found that Quick floors had the product. I contacted them and I was able to get the product and they honored the price discrepancy that I had observed online and there system. I appreciated there willingness to honor the price. The team was really great to work with and very prompt with any questions I had. I had a few broken tiles and they took care of having some new tiles delivered to my home. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely use them again. Thanks for your help!

Took a chance and just called for a price and placed the order. Was a little bit skeptical ordering by phone. Best customer service! Immediately kept us informed and always called back within minutes! Best price after looking around. Received what was purchased and earlier then expected. After getting a quote from a different company for natural slate, I found the same tile at quick floors for a much better price. They also were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions promptly, and even had their delivery service drop off samples for the tiles before I decided on which ones to purchase. Quick delivery, great prices, responsive: had a great experience with them!

Found this company online when I was looking for a specific tile for our backyard and not only did Quick Floors have the best price, but also amazing service! They also had a cool feature on their website where you could take a picture of your space and select the tile to see how it would look which was very helpful.All reps that I spoke or dealt with were quick to reply, courteous and professional! I was hesitant at first buying on line, but they have a storefront in Georgetown where you can see the products in person. However, they offer free sample deliveries and free delivery of your order.If you're looking for flooring I definitely recommend them! You won't find better for price or service!

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality marble tile that’s NOT at the typical colours/patterns and prices at the big box retailers. After stumbling across them online, I found a really unique colour pattern I haven’t seen anywhere else, and reached out and got a timely response from the owner. Although there was an initial lack of information about them online and hesitancy, our bet paid off and owner joe was very personable and helpful through the process.(They’ll even drop off up to five free samples to you ahead of time)Following my purchase and install, I reached out to joe several times for tips and tricks and he was always happy to help.I will definitely use these guys again and couldn’t be happier with the end result for something unique and of high quality- (plus we saved +30% and will happily return all of this other tile back to Home Depot)
