Had appointment for oil change. The folks there Bree and Hamza were very nice and explained why my time was delayed by almost 1 hour. Would give 5 stars except for the delay

Be careful, 600% mark up on parts.I went to Midas knowing the price of a replacement catalytic converter that needed to be replaced on my car. It is only 4 bolts to the header and a slip sleeve on the other side to the exhaust. Midas even acknowledged that it was an easy fix and a one hour job. I was fine with the labour charge, but they marked up the part 600% even though the part is readily available at part source, national exhaust and other part stores.Very friendly staff as acknowledged in other reviews. Just do your homework on the price of parts, it was very disappointing to see. Went across the street to Orangeville Lube Express. Was a much more reasonable price.

This was our 1st experience, and the food and service at this location, Jonesville, was amazing. The staff was friendly and even gave us old-fashioned candy sticks. The store attached had the most beautiful items, and we got several things for ourselves and gifts for others.

I have been taking my vehicles here for about 15 years now and have never had a problem. I’ve had everything from oil changes to emissions tests to front end work done and it’s always been sound work. The Midas sister, Linda and Christine at the desk are always very polite and courteous with me and my wife. I will continue to use Orangeville Midas in the future.

In the past, we used to bring our car to this shop to do some repair. I do not know how the supervisor have put the person in charge that was working there this couple weeks. He was no good the price for parts was way over charge and repair that they did on my vehicle was not what he said he will do. I am reply disappointed of there work and the job take only 3 to 4 hours max not 4 days to do the repair. I am really said to say this but they have lost my trust to even leaving my car at there shop to do any repair in the future. I really hope that the supervisor in the future he chose careful is replacement before he takes a holiday or any vacation.

Went to this location today and could not have been treated better! All the staff, especially the woman at the front desk (I think her name was Linda) were professional, courteous and friendly. They were efficient and removed a heat sensor hanging from the bottom of my car and did not even charge me! I will be going here for all my automotive needs from now on.

Great service, estimate for repairs was reasonable and they completed the work on time. I would like to thank Hamza who was very helpful with the quote. They got my car as scheduled and didn't upsell which is a breath of fresh air in the auto industry. The staff was friendly. I will be back!

They are honest and try to get parts that are cheaper. Went twice last week. They cemented my cracked muffler. Put a new clamp on the pipe underneath so exhaust fumes wouldn't leak out. Temp light came on after coming back from toronto. They took me in right away. First they checked the fluid and there was zero in tank and found leak in radiator. Gave me a courtesy car to go home in and found a cheaper radiator. I'm with the service!

I have been going to hamza for the last 13 years. He used to located in Mississauga and then moved to Orangeville. The thought of finding a new mechanic never even crossed my mind, I still take all mine and my family’s cars to Hamza. He is a great and truthful guy, always giving me the best service.He does regular maintenance and bigger jobs as well. This Midas is a one stop shop.
