Well kept, clean, spacious, attendants are always available, most important is Machines work properly all the time, and well kept and well maintained hot water for whites generously available without interruption, Customer receives money's worth!

Clean location and friendly staff, it’s an added bonus that they have the after hours key fob option for those who work and can only come at certain times.

Question, why is the posted time 9pm when you close down at seven and don’t accept people in after that. Shouldn’t last load be at least 8pm allowing people to have an hour before closing when the time posted is NINE? Instead of shutting down two hours early. It’s expensive there but we choose to come here due to the later hours of it being open which is easier on us since we both work late. I even had to explain that to the older lady working afternoon when I came in at 6:52 and she ran up to my boyfriend and I and complained saying we wouldn’t have enough time to wash “that much laundry” before 8:30 when she wanted to leave (this was two months ago). I’ve noticed her new thing lately is shutting off the open sign at seven and putting a sign on the door saying last load is over. The constant rushing has to stop, it’s so uncomfortable and it’s to the point that we don’t want to come anymore. This has happen on four OTHER separate occasions. Even when you’re sitting in the car waiting for laundry to be done she’s there watching you. We even told her that day that if the clothes weren’t done on time we’d just leave with the wet clothes and air dry them at home she said “no I can’t let you do that, it’s not right” then why rush us? We left at 8pm by the way. It doesn’t take that long to wash clothes. Anyways. She has time management issues. Poor customer service. Never smiles. You can tell she doesn’t want to be there and just wants to go home. Ps. If there’s no one in the mat after 8pm she closes down early but just know, you’re missing out on at least two hours of income because of her. I e had good experience with everyone except that lady. Short, with short brown hair. Older lady. Afternoon shift.

Always very clean and well maintained. On site staff are polite and friendly. Super convenient for me as I live just up the street. Can be busy at times and hard to get a washer/dryer but that happens on the weekends.

I have used this laundry mat a few times myself, and have gone with my sister as well when she did hers. Very clean and bright, machines are well maintained and work great! Prices are fair compared to other places and the attendants are very nice and friendly. I haven't used the wash and fold service yet but it's a wonderful idea to have that service.

Very clean place to do your clothes. Machines cleaned in between people's use. On site clerk to help with anything wrong. Very friendly and convenient.
