Very well-stocked store. Attentive staff aiming to please. Matt, at the on-line order desk, is exceptional. He goes above and beyond. Nice to see a CT store that still puts customer service first as so many across the country is lacking greatly in this area.

I have done a bit of business with this particular hardware store over the past 5 years.They have beautiful displays and beautiful products and seem to always be constantly working to improve and modernize. You can get pretty much anything you need there.The staff in the back of the house, in the building supplies and paint supplies etc., are extremely helpful and extremely friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.I would have gave five stars except for I always feel the cashiers are not overly friendly.But maybe I just get them all on an off day lol
