5 stars for the dispatcher. 0 stars for the plumber. I called to get a hot water tank fixed that had failed overnight, but then had to cancel. The reason I canceled is I’m located out of FSJ and found someone to perform the work that was closer and $900 cheaper. Before I canceled I asked if the plumber had been dispatched yet, I was told no. I was then called by the plumber and was threatened verbally with a physical confrontation. This made a stressful situation worse. 0 stars I would not recommend.

They replaced my furnace with very short notice and had it done fast. Suoer happy with the service and will definitely use again if I have any issues.

wow this man is incredible! Our residential boiler went down late Friday night early Saturday morning (-25 outside) and we called another local plumbing company, they came to look at it and said they would get to us eventually!! Monday morning still no heat and no call from other" company ... so we called Marsh & Sons....the nice man was here in 10 mins and got us up and running with more repairs to be done at a later dateWE HAVE HEAT AGAIN!!!!!Thank you Marsh & Sons ..... we will never call anyone else again!!! <3"

Fantastic service! Our gas hot water tank died and leaked water everywhere and they were able to fit us in the day I called with a replacement install.

Poor customer service, both in person and over the phone. Extremely overpriced compared to other quotes I got. They quoted triple the price of what it cost me to get the issues fixed. Very disappointed with my experience with them.
