I had a family member come to this clinic. They needed surgery and the state of their condition was severe. Everything seemed good and the surgery date was scheduled.An administrative worker there named Jamie Michaud tells us that she gave away our appointment date to another person, even though the doctor gave us that specific date. There was no issue on our end; we were not late nor was there confusion. She just gave the spot away to someone else which was honestly ridiculous.We had to schedule another appointment with the doctor a week after to ask him about the changed date. We explained it to him and he fixed it right away and the scheduled surgery was for the original intended date.There was another issue where we were waiting on some documents and receipts. Jamie was the one who was supposed to give it to us—but she did not. We tried contacting her for over a week. She either blatantly ignored our emails or she would respond a while after but not actually help. Nevertheless, she never did send over the required documents.We had to speak with the doctor again about that issue and he had a different administrative worker send us over the documents ASAP.For a private institution that we paid thousands of dollars for, I didn’t expect this type of service. It was honestly the worst and most ridiculous administrative service I’ve ever experienced.I’m giving this review 2 stars instead of a 1 because the doctor was good.

Not only is Dr. Dupuis incredibly knowledgeable, but she is the kindest medical professional I’ve ever encountered. I have never felt rushed, and she is always willing to answer my many questions. I am so pleased with my results - I would highly recommend Dr. Dupuis to anyone who wants to improve their appearance while maintaining a natural look. Thank you Dr. Dupuis!

Dr. Saleh and Dr. Dupuis have been incredible with my mum. She had some complicated sores on her foot and was in unbearable pain and couldn't walk. Their expertise along with incredible kindness (by both Dr. Saleh and Dr. Dupuis) have given mum back her quality of life. The staff at North Toronto Surgical went above and beyond my expectations. I had so many questions during my initial visit and Dr. Dupuis took the time and care to ensure that I not only understood her responses but that I felt confident within this new knowledge. Dr. Saleh has provided my grandmother with wonderful care for her legs. He is compassionate and very knowledgeable and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to anyone seeking vascular care. The office staff are also very efficient.

I had a vein procedure completed on my leg by Dr. SALEH. I am excited to share that Dr. SALEH is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered, his staff and team at the clinic, are the finest. Dr. SALEH is clearly extremely intelligent and skilled, but I was taken back by his kindness, compassion, patience, and true regard for the information I shared and questions I had for him. He made the whole experience pressure-free and comfortable. I felt very safe with him and his team. His staff and team were always welcoming, very careful and respective of my needs. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. SALEH.

I have suffered with jaw clenching & clicking & TMJ pain for years. I’ve tried dental appliances, massage & a dentist-recommended physical therapist but none gave me lasting relief. Having heard Botox can help with TMJ, I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! The needles are tiny & Dr. Dupuis is a skilled injector, I hardly felt it at all (and I needed a lot of shots). The result? I finally have relaxed jaw muscles & no more clicking when I chew. I’m also enjoying the side benefit of a slimmer jawline. Thank you to North Toronto Surgical Clinic & Dr. Dupuis for a treatment that has truly changed my life!

I was referred to Dr. Saleh by my family doctor approximately 7 weeks ago.It has been a pleasure to deal with Dr. Salehsteam, considering how busy things can getthey have been excellent.Dr Saleh has been brillant in his handlingof my amputation. I am pleased with hiscandid and cautious bedside manner.I feel I am well on the road to recoverythanks to his care, and the care of his team.

Dr. Saleh saved my leg and my life after a knee surgery that went wrong! He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He put myself and my family at ease and was always ready to listen to our concerns. I've followed up with some of the other doctors at this practice and they have all been similarly excellent. I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Saleh and his team.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are absolutely criminal here. I was referred to Dr. Figueroa after being diagnosed with COVID thrombosis. I was at the risk of amputation. He tried to make me have Angioplasty surgery and told me I would lose my leg if I didnt do it right away. I went for a second opinion to a real Doctor, who put me on blood thinners and here I am 10 months later FULLY recovered. Surgery would have done NOTHING for me. Was he trying to get a Porsche, or a cottage by operating on me? Completely unprofessional.After seeking a second opinion and being treated somewhere else I would receive phone calls from them daily to book my surgery. After what would have been my surgery date I was still being called to book a post op appointment.They are unprofessional, incompetent, and criminal. I would recommend this place to absolutely NOBODY. They're clueless!!!
