Dr. Mohammad Nagaria (Panorama Specialty Centre)

Zero star clinic and patient service. Receptionist and Doctor have same RUDE and UNWELCOMING approach.My family doctor referred me to this clinic and I waited for almost three months for my appointment. First I have phone appointment with them and received my first prescription drug without a good understanding with it. Fortunately the pharmacist explained it to me well and I understand I need the medicine to be treated. On the day of my appointment I felt I just wasted my time to have in person appointment with Neurologist. Doctor don’t want to listen on patient concerns and he just want you to do what he feel you need to do.It’s better to find other clinic.And reading places reviews on internet are very helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nagaria since 2021 and have been treated poorly from the beginning. Dr. Nagaria does not seem to take very good notes on his patients as he is always asking me the same questions and we seem to get nowhere with treatment. He requested an MRI in December 2021, it's mid-June 2022 now and I still have not had it, despite him assuring me that he would have the request expedited. While trying to book an appointment one day, the snooty (likely daughter of one of the doctors) young lady that answers the phone refused to book an appointment for me, nor let me talk to anyone else, she hung up on me and when I attempted to call back, I was hung up on every time. What a disgusting person! Dr. Nagaria called me back after I finally managed to call while someone else was working and offered a forced apology. The next time we spoke, he put me on hold for 10 minutes after 30 seconds into a call where he called me! He stated it was an emergency when he returned, but while he was gone he had not put me on hold and I heard him casually talking to staff. I told him that he and his staff had lost my trust and had made me feel so unimportant and disrespected. I also told him I wouldn't be working with him any further and would be posting my experience on Google. Dr. Nagaria didn't seem to like that, as he refused to accept what I'd said and kept asking to explain himself. I told him it would be no use, I had made up my mind. I apologized for things ending as they did, I said goodbye and hung up. Dr. Nagaria called me back immediately demanding to explain, I told him no, I did not want to hear it - all this time being very polite. Dr. Nagaria raised his voice to the point where I had to ask him to stop shouting at me, he just kept trying to talk over me and finally I said I would never trust him nor his staff and that was that. I said goodbye and hung up. I have requested a referral to a new neurologist.

Worst clinic I've ever had. Walk-in doctor referred me and I had a phone appointment. DR. Nagaria tole me she will send me blood test request form so that I can have a blood test and she never send to me. I phoned the clinic and they never pick up the phone or put me on hold for 30min and hang up. After 3 months later front desk person left me a voice msg to call back. I tried 3 times and they put me on hold for 20 min and hung up. Finally they picked up in 4 days. I never made an appointment and they said my appointment is the day after tomorrow. What kind of service is this? Never deal with this clinic.

Dr Nagaria failed to call me for an appointment. I tried to call several times to find out, no answers and no call returns from 2 voicemails I left. I assumed he was no longer practicing and since have been put in the care of a different neurologist. All of a sudden when getting a prescription refill, I guess the pharmacy sent to him and not the new neurologist, and he sends a note back to the pharmacy that I need to have an appointment with him. Wow,.they hear back. But, why should the pharmacy have to relay this? Why cant he call me? Anyways, long story short, he is no longer my neurologist, and yet, I dont know how to contact them to close my file. I tried to call as recent as Monday. If you are reading this Dr Nagaria, you are not my neurologist anymore. I am so displeased and disgusted by your level of care, please do not ever reach out to me, and please close my file in your office, as I no longer give you permission to have access to it.Anyone looking for a neurologist, do not waste your time here. You will be much happier if you find someone else.

Atrocious Doctor I would advise you avoid him like wildfire. Difficult to reach and incapable of doing his job. Spoke to him about a week ago as I am running out of my seizure meds and he still has not prescribed a refill for me after claiming he will. I have run out of my medication which means I'll probably be having a seizure today. He should have his license revoked noone should have to hunt for a refill of such a vital med. The other reviews here should tell you everything you need to know about him. If you value your health avoid this Doctor"."

Worst reception I have ever dealt with. Took me 17 times to get through on a good day, as they either put the phone down or put me on hold, without confirming with me first. The receptionist never ask you confirmation questions, they just seem to put the phone down on you. I tried to get an email confirmation from them and as I was about to give them my email, the phone dropped. Took another 17 attempts to get through.

Horrible patient care and horrible receptionist’s they don’t care how long you’ve been waiting and the receptionist’s are so unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Only if your willing to waste your time and not get help. Also don’t worry about booking an appointment because you’ll still have to wait about an hour or so just to see a doctor who won’t help you. I’ve been here many times and given this place tons of tries but it’s only have gotten worse and other reviews of this location can also provide so as well.

I waited for over two years for an appointment, only to receive a call from Dr. Nagaria's office the day before my scheduled visit. I was told that my appointment would have to be deferred for an additional week. On the revised date, I cleared my schedule for several hours to take the doctor's call, but no call came in. It took an additional two days to finally get through to the receptionist, only to be told that he had called me on the originally scheduled date" and that "I did not answer the phone". Right.That level of doublespeak and unprofessionalism is bad enough.However

I STRONGLY urge you NOT to go to Dr. Nagaria. My mother has been treated by him for the past couple years. Her health has been declining and so we decided to apply for disability. Upon reading his medical report I noticed not only incorrect information about her health and our family history, but also paragraphs about her condition that were contradicted further in the report. We decided to get a second and third opinion regarding her condition, which we found that he had misdiagnosed her. Even after his misdiagnosis he still suggested botox injections (which were extremely painful for her in the past and upon finding the actual diagnosis, do nothing for her condition). Seeing that he has specialized in botox, it makes sense that he would try to push her for that treatment. I called the office to speak with someone who could explain this and the reception was blatantly rude and clearly had no interest in helping us. I believe he is just out to make money on his patients rather than truly helping them with their serious conditions, as he has not only been extremely uncooperative in helping her get disability, but has also charged for items in which my mother's family doctor has had to tell her to go back and ask for a refund, as he was being paid twice. Seriously, if you care about your own/family's health, you should avoid. I am personally considering reporting him for malpractice.

This is by far the worst practice I have seen. I am genuienly considering writing a complaint to the CPSBC. This Dr. insists I go get a CT scan - but has not submitted the paper work - But will argue and yell with me on the phone, that he did. I wish I could give you less than 1 star.
