Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen
This is a restaurant with decent food but terrible service.The dish you see in the photo is served with Garlic paste. Garlic paste is not saucy enough to dip with your shawarma.They did not offer any tap water so they asked us if we wanted bottled water. Water should be readily available and if it is not, offering bottle water should not warrant a charge.They also tried to swindle some more money by trying to charge us for hummus as a dip with the pita without letting us know.Automatic 1 star just cause of these shady tactics used.I'm glad I tipped them a fat 0% to compensate for the additional charges.

Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen
First time trying this place. Once I opened a door it smelled sooo good. The menu has good selection. Tried classic chicken shawarma and fries. 4 stars because chicken was a little dry to my taste. Perhaps it is the authentic way to cook it, so it’s just my personal opinion. Will come again to try other meals.

Feels like the Lebanese restaurants back in Dubai. The food is good too. Though tonight they forgot one of our orders and the other did have missing ingredients. The owner(or Manager) did apologize and sent a cpl of sweets and some drinks to make up for the errors.Only one complaint. We love khaboos, and they put no salt in theirs. Add a pinch and see the difference Paramount.Tried the Fatteh Eggplant which was phenomenal.

We have always been big fans of Paramount Restaurants.We attended this location because we hadn't been to Paramount in a long time. The Mississauga one near us closed.The restaurant was clean, as were the washrooms.The waiter was nice and pleasant. The food was decent, not as good as I remember but obviously varies from location to location. The shawarma meat (chicken and also beef) was dry instead of juicy.What really turned us off was the fact that you can't order tap water for the table. We always are served a pitcher of water for our family as there are 6 of us. The server told us we can't have tap water, you have to purchase a tiny bottle of bottled water each for 1.99. He told us tap water is not served at all. I asked for the manager but he wasn't available. This is a shame. I have NEVER been to a restaurant that will not serve a family tap water. Usually we order water and order drinks as well but to deny giving a customer tap water is shameful. For that reason alone, they lose my respect and patronage. We will never return or go to any of the Paramount Foods restaurants ever again.

Our team lunch was held there. We all enjoyed the atmosphere. The owner suggested us to go for bbq platters which we appreciate it as we were all satisfied with the food.The servers were all attentive and polite.The food took a bit of time (1 hour) but we overlooked as food was fresh and our group was large.

Extremely disappointed with our order we placed through Uber eats. We ordered a Kafta plate ($22) and a mixed grill plate ($33). I’ve attached an image of the Kafta plate. The mixed grill plate looked exactly the same only including an extra chicken skewer. They did not include the garlic potatoes in the mixed grill plate and when we called they informed us that they had left it out because they ran out. Instead of reaching out and offering a replacement they just left it as is. The portion sizes are abysmal and the food did not reflect the insane prices they charge. This meal was certainly not worth the $70 we paid. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

We recently hosted a party of around 50 guests at Paramount Milton. Excellent food with amazing service, everything was delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked. All the servers were very pleasant. Great ambience, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Paramount. I would highly recommend to try out.

Excellent Middle Eastern restaurant. We went on Family Day so it was very busy but there was still no issue with the service. Also, this was one of the few places open on Family Day, which was nice.The food was great, the prices were pretty good and the portions were very filling. Everything tasted great and, surprisingly, the fries were some of the best I've ever had.Definitely recommend this place.

Paramount middle Eastern food was delicious and a healthy serving size.The flavour was decent although I thought it could be a little bit more flavourful. Staff were excellent and were knowledgeable when I requested a gluten free meal.Food prices were on a slightly higher end.Definately worth a try if you are in the area. It was a nice change to try something different.

The food here is delicious. Georgina's service is truly amazing. She is very nice and welcoming, greets us with a smile and always listens to our concerns. She made sure that we get everything that we wanted. Her great service encourages us to come here often.
