I love it, it's my home. I have a view facing the mountains that make us Vancouver. I love the neighbourhood where I grew up. Its changed and that has made it difficult for my children to play without checking for drug paraphernalia. With that said, I’ve moved provinces, different areas but I come back to the downtown area specifically for the ocean and the mountains which are amazing and they are a bus ride away.

Nice and new as far as Downtown SRO's are concerned. Raincity Housing manages the building but not very well. Different rules apply to different tenants and the staff are overworked and under qualified.

They do not help when you're hurt or can't walk I experience more abuse in this building than I have anywhere else. Nikki is also verbally abusive and she is the manager and Odette. I asked for help and they tell me there is no one to help the elderly , they get rid of staff that was doing their job well. One staff member asked Chelsea why she's creating jobs and she also said it was making the rest of them look bad. That was moiri. Chelsea told them she was doing her job. She was helping the elders. Also, other staff that was doing their job well, was also either given the boot or they said they are going to work for someone who would appreciate them. I have asked for a transfer out and Nikki said not anytime soon. It's the reason I couldn't walk for over two months now and Nikki said they helped me walk papoose on their own time"

My mom lives there. And my daughter died there. It was good. Some staff are awesome. The ppl are ok sometimes. The staff aren't helping pll out like there pages say. They are lacking job skills. I might call bbb. Not liking how thing are turning out. Lots of deaths lately there.

I can only speak for myself and my position as a Peer Support Worker for Raincity Housing Society on-site for the past 6 months to present (approximately..) I enjoy the family type atmosphere and or community and the Staff are caring friendly and helpful to the best of their ability from what I've seen heard & or experienced in the past 6-12 months. I'm glad and grateful to be a part of~ Thank you sincerely..

In the very beginning when they first opened they where (meaning the staff) they where super polite and very courtious to the families & the elderly... But they should have never let anyone use at all in that building... It just tore up most of the families...

A great place to live, as long as all your friends are normies. It's just a shame that the organizations (and the people who work for them) in charge" of running these places never bother with reading the actual legislation that they are supposed to operate under. But then again

I love this building, because of the kid, and his parents whom stay here. Plus its a newer building that has been recently made for woman, and trans men.
