Buy a cake from here! I wanted a custom cake for my partners birthday and not only did they deliver on the look but the overall flavour was absolutely phenomenal!! I highly recommend this place if you need a regular or custom cake.

Very accommodating and great cake. They were able to take my order for an eggless strawberry shortcake and had it ready in an hour. It wasn’t too sweet. Amazing!!

The Holy Communion themed cake turned out so elegant and pretty. Both the tiers were Red Velvet Cake with whipped cream cheese frosting. The dessert table was a huge hit specially the tarts and the nanaimo bars. The cake's frosting adds the perfect sweetness.

Our cake for Easter was beyond amazing. Took our guests breaths away and everyone loved the flavour, highly recommend if you are celebrating any occasion- this place is top notch! Will definitely use again!!! (The spot at top where the chocolate showing was my fault lol…it was perfect when I got it my clumsy hands got involved haha)

Bittersweet and Symphony made our son's baptism cake. As you can see by the pictures it's stunning, attention to detail, and it tasted incredible! Highly recommend them.

We were very happy with both the beauty and taste of our son birthday cake from bittersweet symphony the flavours were vanilla strawberry on top and chocolate on bottom. This cake had our party guest talking how good it’s tasted, my family is still talking about the cake and it’s now day 3 since the birthday party, the staff is very polite and professional once you enter through their doors you’re greeted politely and with a smile they were very patient with my 9 year old decided exactly what he wanted on his cake, this is excellent customer service skills that should be express to all customers when spending their $ at business establishments, the cake was worth every $ spent, bittersweet Symphony you have earned a new yearly customer for all 4 members in my household birthday cakes, I have also recommend your bakery to my party guest who enquired, I have never written a review on anything but I had to write one about this place.

I ordered a strawberry cake for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. Four of us had it with Champagne for breakfast! So delicious! Beautiful to look at. We were still talking about it days later it was that good!

I ordered a cake for a farewell party for a colleague at work.The cake was a marble with chocolate mouse and berries. I did want some writing on the top and our logo so he wrote it on rice paper. It turned out really nice. The cake itself, was AWESOME!! I ordered half a slab. It was a lot thicker than I thought it was going to be so more than enough for our department. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone . Great quality and the flavour and combination of the mousse and cream...oh my gawd!! Sooooooo goooodddddd!!!**EDIT**Have now ordered from them a second time. This time a marble, full slab with custard filling. I sent them what to write on it and just said made it pretty. Man, did they deliver!! The cake tasted great and presentation.....WOW**Another EDIT **Another cake ordered! Another amazing experience and delicious dessert.These guys cannot do anything wrong.Beautiful presentation, amazing flavour, fairly priced! Honestly I will never go anywhere else and ALWAYS recommend them! This time it was just a 6 inch birthday cake for my husband. He loves black forest cake. It was PHENOMENAL

Best custom cake we have ever had! The gents at Bittersweet were polite, professional and happy to accommodate the requests of my 10 year old. Very convenient that the bakery is open 7 days a week, as meant we could pick up the cake on the party day which was a Sunday.My daughter and her friends were wowed by the decoration and rainbow layers, and it tasted amazing...super light sponge and delicious butter icing.We will be back again for our future cakes. Thank you to the team at Bittersweet for helping to make the first in-person party since we arrived in Canada extra special!

I cannot recommend this spot enough! If you are looking for a showstopper cake that both looks and tastes AMAZING, look no further.I was planning a surprise event from out of town and while searching, stumbled upon this bakery. After reading some reviews and seeing some pictures, I felt confident this was where I wanted to order the cake from. I phoned and was able to settle the design and pay over the phone in no longer than 10minutes - an absolute breeze! Customer service 10/10. Thank you so much for making this event an extra special one! Everyone raved about how delicious it was. I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future. Best cakes in Niagara hands down!
