Unbelievably quick turn around for a bridge reset on an Ovation acoustic guitar. Beautifully completed within a single day and priced so fairly I will never go elsewhere!

I don’t recommend for repairing strings instrument here.My double bass has cracks on the back, he said it took about a week to fix it. After a week, I went there, he told me that the cracks were broken again because the glue was not dried probably, and he also used a different colour paint on the cracked area. My bass looked so ugly and he asked me to give him more time to fix it and it’s his fault.After a month, I went to pick the bass and he asked for $300 which initially $100. He didn’t mentioned the price before and he said it was his fault. Why should I suffer for his failure and paid him $200 more? It’s totally non sense. And they said I should be happy. I just want to fix the cracks not a new painting (on the back, who cares?) Of course I paid, but will never go back.

These folks are truly craftsmen. I have brought a number of instruments and they are always repaired well or better than expected.Their prices are more than fair, they work quickly and they are very personable as well.If you have any instruments that require repair or upkeep these are the guys. I happily drive from north of the city to this business.

no reason to. They repaired my instrument in no time, and it barely cost anything! If I had went to a different place, who knows what the price of the repair would've been.

That's an amazing service. These guys fixed my daughter's trombone and it works perfectly. My daughter is very excited to play her trombone that was broken. Definitely I will come back again.
