I just want to express my gratitude towards these lovely ladies. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and losing my hair was a real trauma for me. I have purchased two wigs from this shop on seperate occasions and have had both trimmed. Kat was very friendly, gave me great advice and wonderful trims. Caroline taught me how to properly care for the wigs to get the most out of them and was extremely knowledgeable.This is my new go -to shop. They make you feel welcomed and like you are good friends even though I had a million silly questions. Thank you for making me feel confident with my situation and I look forward to returning very soon!!

BEST IN TOWN,I even make the trips when i live on the mainland (whistler squamish I will always travel for these ladies)9 years been coming here in some way for something, my own friend hairdresser sent me here to get the hair & beads , chances are yours is too ;)Wigs, Extensions, Great deals on dye shampoos conditioners hair caps to sleep in, braiding hair they got it all!If you would like your extensions to stay in Kat's the one, (the arm and hand strength she can make the beads last!) Even with me the worst person to take care of my own hair.. The advice they will give you, to make it last, not wanting you coming back replace beads every week like most places! ;)Caroline will chat with you forever if you need she really goes extra 4 miles with every client. Has even been so kind help me pick the right dye to color my own hair so i can work within my very tight only parent budget. Being so kind about it as well no judgment. Honestly who does that? Any other human would charge you to dye to match. Understandably so. I've seen her with other clients as well , ( whilst getting my own hair done) the same kindness, respect and friendly attitude goes to everyone.. even to the dare I say rude ones I've seen as well.My before and after pictures are always night and day amazing outcome! I go from a gremlin to a hair model everytime!( i just have to work on my after care as my hair loves to dred , thin dry post natal lovely hair my child left me and not go in the pool ! But again the advice i get!! even if i randomly pop in , or call with a self induced problem ( chlorine pool dives then a curler no washing oops) Both Caroling and Kat will try their best to give me a fix ! ( again going above and beyond)I cant thank you girls enough.

being a wig wearer for 2 decades finally found an excellent wig boutique great customer service friendly helpful staff. all the purchases i've made through this company have been the best of qualityand I have no complaints .When i put in a wig order the proprietor caroline made a suggestion with a new color& wig style I might like well needless to say I fell in love with the wig she suggested it has become one of my favorites. This company also carries a excellent line of ccessories for hair care for wigs to touques & headbands that compliment the wigs ( I love them their very stylish) This company does an excellent job fullfilling orders to the clients specifications. Wishing Caroline & Jorden continued success...I'm glad your here for me.

It was my first time there today. I give them 100% on customer service. They went out of their way to help me with my extensions and made me feel so welcomed. As I was sitting in the chair, I had the chance to see them interact with clients, and saw how much compassion and care they have for people. This place feels like a safe space.Thank you again for the wonderful service.

Does not back their products!I have been a client for more than 4yrs and always buy 2 full bags of what is to be high quality Bohyme Luxe hair. The most recent hair has only been in for 5weeks and is already matting and knotting. I was now (after purchase) that the quality is declining and then told I can send the hair in for review with Bohyme but no replacement or guarantee of anything while I have to wait. This review was only offered after an accusation that I don’t know how to treat my hair - after 8yrs of having hair extensions with no issue, trust me, I know how to care for my hair! Highly disappointed after dropping $1250 and only getting 5weeks out of it! Seriously irritated!

Owner was very warm and welcoming. She shared her vast knowledge eagerly which has NOT been my experience at other wig shops. She fit me in on my tight schedule and did a great job rejuvenating and styling my damaged wig for a great price.

Visited the shop for the first time where I was greeted by the most pleasant and diversity aware person Karolyn. I bought some caps for summer. Karolyn , offered me to try the caps on in the privacy which was a huge star offer for me since I wear hijab and do not take it off at public places. I was completely left amazed with this beautiful human who made me feel so special. Thank you K !
