Desmair was on time and efficient. They had 2 teams come to our place, one team for an air exchanger installation and one team for a ductless AC/heat pump. Both teams were amazing and efficient. Our ONLY issue, and for some would be a major issue, was the air exchanger team came in without tarps and tracked mud and debris all over the house, whereas the ductless AC/heat pump team came in a couple hours later and the first thing they did was lay down tarps where they were to be working.This, for my wife, is an issue. For myself, it is about training teams to be more conscientious about the difference between private homes and construction sites and to take cleanliness in private homes more carefully.Overall, that is why they score a 4 out of 5 for today's otherwise amazing work.

Amazing job done by Desmair team to relocate my echange air machine, fan installation for for future bath room, relocate electrical outlet. Well organized and friendly staff. I recommend without hesitation this company.

My rating dropped because of the non-response I received. Three phone calls i made only to hear from the receptionist finally that they are a week behind returning calls? Ok, so let me know right away so I can move on, duh? As a past client we deserve at minimum some details, yes? But I'm glad the business is booming for you.Update July 14, 2021 After reading your response that you have no file under my name I was quite disappointed. Subsequent calls went unanswered. Mr Poirier called me June 23 to comment on my written Google review above. If I was honest, so was he. 'Take my business elsewhere'. No one likes criticism, I get that. I'm sure your employees work very hard and have many satisfied customers. Start the improvement at the front line in communication. The comment I made originally was in regards to the lack of communication received at my initial two phone calls, not on the service. Most people are content to wait for service, IF they are informed what is going on. You lost a 15 year client. I won't say any more, you can be right.

The owner is super honest. I called for a quote for a second wall mount air conditioner. When the owner came to give me a quote he told me that it wasn't necessary that it would be overkill. He suggested just having the unit cleaned by professionals.

Job was well executed and employees were profesionnal. At the end of the day, they took me through the work that had been done and they took the time to carefully explain me how to operate/maintain the equipment. Definitely recommanding them.

Desmair installed the Carrier Heat pump and ventilation system in our house. They have been very quick to answer back even during very busy periods. In the last week they quickly answered a call for my parents who had a heating issue during a cold snap. They were kind, quick, honest and responsive. In short - consistently true professionals! Bravo!

Noticed little green/blue wet patch under furnace they installed 2 years ago. I emailed with pictures asking if that’s normal and they said they’ll send a technician. Guy came over within 10-15min told me it’s nothing, and I have to pay $200. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. If you see after 10min there is no issue why not charge less? I can accept $100 (even though that’s crazy) but charging $200 to tell someone after 10min there is no problem is daytime robbery. Ridiculous.
