The staff was rude. The lady at the counter judged us for asking a sample for our purchase! They also didn't make any effort to find the required perfume we asked for.

Great branch with great service! Everyone there is really nice and helpful. Best Sephora I’ve been to. I live in Laval and drive to Boisbriand because I like it better than the one in Carrefour Laval.Highly recommend!

It was my birthday today and I went to do shopping at Boisbriand branch and collect my gift, out of 3 choices, the one I wanted, I was told they don't have it anymore, it was Dior perfume sample , it was right in front of me but they told me I can't have it because it is the last one in store !

Absolutely rude, unhelpful and not smiling staff! Manager is the worst, makes you feel uncomfortable if you speak English. They refused my order return and were not able to explain why and told me I need to return online. I made my order with my husbands credit card from a mutual account, they said that I can’t return because they needed him to return the item, but when he came and spent 40 min trying to return the order they were not able to explain why they couldn’t do it. Wasted an hour trying to figure out how to make a simple return!

Le personnel était super aimable! La caissière m’a très bien renseignée sur la promotion en cours et m’a assistée à placer une commande mobile. Elle m’a introduit au peeling de Dr. Dennis Gross et je lui en suis infiniment reconnaissante!! J’ai enlevé une étoile simplement car l’inventaire est limité si on souhaite tester certains produits plus niches. Aussi, je suis un peu confuse par le display, par exemple il y a une section Sol de Janeiro mais il y a deux autres mini display dans l’allée centrale. Je comprends la stratégie marketing mai perso je trouve un peu redondant. J’ai tout de même eut une superbe expérience de magasinage y je privilégierai cette boutique plutôt que celle du Carrefour ou des Galeries d’Anjou qui sont beaucoup moins aérées si j’ai besoin d’aller en boutique.
