Spring Valley Care Centre
Spring Valley has had several changes of management and staff since my Father took up residence there, a few years ago. But despite the challenges of Covid and keeping staff I have to say that at the bed/chair side frontline staff have been amazing. I believe Dad is well looked after and the people who work at Spring Valley do their best for him. Everyone is very kind and that makes all the difference!If they had a newer building with upgraded heating and cooling I would give Spring Valley 5 stars.

We would like to thank the management and staff of Spring Valley Care Centre in Kelowna for the loving care for over 4 years that they continue to give Doug. The challenges of covid were an issue for everyone and yet the staff worked hard to keep residents as safe as possible We also appreciate the on going communication that keeps us up to date on anything pertaining to his health, comfort and well being A special thanks goes to all those who continue to care for him

Spring Valley Care Centre
Spring Valley Seniors Community is one of the oldest facilities of it's kind in Kelowna, and as such they have their share of failures that are naturally brought on through the erosion of time. In the 3+ years that I have been visiting as the spouse of a resident, I have witnessed a number of these equipment failures" brought on by age. I've also witnessed their prompt attention to these issues and their relatively swift remedies.They are constantly making upgrades to the infrastructure which directly affect the residents such as

Spring Valley Care Centre
No heat in the suite. Has been broken for some time. Parts laying on the floor all rusty. Temperature this week -33. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Shame on them and shame I can't give them 0 out of 5 stars. UPDATE: toilet now overflowing and within a few meters of the space heaters on the floor. Their resolve...remove the residents toilet paper to stop over use!

Both our parents are in Spring Valley Senior Home. My brothers and I really appreciate all the staff who take care of both of them 24/7 the best they can, when they are short staffed. Thank You All from the bottom of our hearts!

My sister Darlene Rodych has been there for 4 years now.I have asked her over the years if she would like to try and live in another home, her answer is always NO!She enjoys the people and everything about it there!Thankyou for taking care of my little sister"."

Absolutely horrible care home facility. Do not take your loved ones here. My grandmas bedding went missing multiple times even though it was clearly marked. She was sleeping with only a sheet in the winter!The facility is dirty, housekeeping does not do a good job. Residents live in filth. Toilet broken and sprays water when flushing. Matience did not do anything about it. Managers are rude and abrasive with family. Staff are hard to understand with bad English. Do not recommend All around horrible place . Wish I could give -0 stars

Spring Valley Care Centre
I find the staff friendly and helpful and do a good job looking after my husband. there is often a problem with communication not getting to all the appropriate people, eg blood work, changing catheters. The meals are balanced but generally my husband does not enjoy them. could be a bit more imaginative with desserts and have sundaes or ice cream more often. the landscaping needs a lot of work it is full of weeds and often is not mowed.
