Four of us came for supper tonight. We ordered what I would consider fairly simple.. 3 wings poutines and 10 boneless wings with a side salad (instead of fries).When the food finally arrived one order was correct but the other three orders were not. When the sauces were questioned that were put on the wings poutine they were handed to us and told “I don’t know but here you go” and the waitress walked away. The sauces ended up wrong on the poutines, and in addition the order of wings came with fries instead of the salad (which we also informed the waitress that the person who ordered the salad could not eat the fries hence the substitution). When we were finally able to track down the waitress and inform her what was going on she took back the food and requested a fix. It took 25 minutes for the poutine and an additional 10 minutes after that for the salad. At this point, most of us were done eating and our friend lost her appetite waiting so long for the salad.There was no apologies for the mishap, we felt very shrugged off. It will be a very long time, if any before we consider coming back.

I've been to this restaurant a few times, and the Service has always been very good!The food isn't anything to write home about. It's your typical cheaper quality bar food. It's decent, but it's not a place I need to rush back to. It's more of I need a decent bite kinda place.

So I had ordered a quesadilla with a wing poutine lastnight. Mind you I live in a tent encampment and was so excited for this food. I was eating it under minimal light and as much as it looked good I unfortunately never noticed until I was halfway through that I was basically eating extremely raw chicken. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered through skip, at least the driver was spot on

Visited this evening, and as always, great food and great service! My waitress was Hayley and she was funny, kind, and such a hard worker. After we paid and I mentioned it was my birthday she came out with a piece of cake and it was so sweet! I can't wait to go back :) thanks again Hayley!

I have been a patron of St. Louis for over 30 years, the original location on Yonge St. In Toronto, I have eaten at numerous locations all across the country and the one thing I appreciate is the consistency.Except this place, I always order the same meal, 1lbs of original MEDIUM DRY wings with the fries and Dill sauce.The waitress here, beside being an idiot and try to convince me that the dry should be dry, but is in fact a wet rub here.Every single location has had the same rub as the original except this place.I ended up sitting at the table while my friend drank her Caesar & having her appetizer. I just couldn’t be bothered to eat there.Do yourself a favour and find another location to eat.This location should be shut down as it doesn’t uphold the food standards & quality of the brand.It was very disappointing to have to deal with this.

We there this evening. Was greeted by Eric. Our sever. My girlfriend ordered the cheese burger. And I ordered the triple club sandwich. Both were amazing. And the fries. We let’s just say. Never had them anywheres. But they were really good. Had a pitch of draft. $15. God how could you complain about that. Lol. And the Margarita that my girlfriend had. Was amazing. Eric our server was awesome. Great service all around. Was there about a year ago. But heard there were new owners. Hey you guys are doing a great job. Most definitely will be back. For $60. How can anybody complain about the prices

I recently visited St. Louis Bar and Grill for burger week and had an amazing experience thanks to my server Ainsley. Despite being the only server working in the whole restaurant, Ainsley went above and beyond to ensure that every customer was well taken care of.Not only was Ainsley friendly and welcoming, but she was also incredibly efficient and attentive. She took the time to explain the menu to me and answer any questions I had, and she made sure that my food and drinks were served promptly and to my liking.The food at St. Louis Bar and Grill was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. But what really made my experience exceptional was Ainsley's excellent service. She truly made me feel like a valued customer, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.Overall, my experience at St. Louis Bar and Grill was fantastic, and I have Ainsley to thank for that. I will definitely be coming back soon, and I hope that Ainsley will be there to serve me again!

The worse resturant and service I ever had. The waitress must of quit while waiting on us . Ordered a drink 2 hours later no drink. No ever asked how the food was . Manager on duty was terrible offered us dessert. We didn't have 2 hours to wait for that . Bathrooms were so dirty they never cleaned tables. Never had a clean side plate . Unbelievable first and last time . Everyone is busy not just here . We had to ask for the waitress to clean the table. I think so training is needed .

We went to this restaurant last night, FIRST time there and the last. We stood inside for an uncomfortable amount of time waiting for someone to speak to us about seats. After seated, my husband ordered a club with mashed and 2 pieces of fish. only to be told sorry no mashed potatoes and no fish, so he ordered a club with fries and I ordered a burger. On Both sides of us were parties that were beyond loud and intoxicated and trying to out talk each other as they were also waiting for their food. Impossible to have a conversation here unless you want to scream at each other. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, a waitress appeared and asked us what we had ordered. She said the kitchen mixed it up. A minute later another waitress approached and asked us the same thing. We should have left then! Another long wait and we finally received our food and of course Our food was cold. 2 and half hours later we tipped the girl $20 and Will never be back.
