Probably the worst management company out there.We had 3 or 4 strata agents reassigned across three years, so I don't even think any of the agents had enough time to be familiar with the property and residents. It is perhaps the reason any of the agents never bothered doing any work for the residents since s/he knows the company will come up with a new assignment in a short time anyway.Frankly they won't do anything except taking your money.From matters like noise complaint to simple fob replacement, I've heard from neighbors that they received no assistance whatsoever from AWM.This company has such a horrible reputation that home buyers look at them as a dealbreaker. Avoid them at all cost.

Almost a year later, the residents still haven't received any compensation for the significant delay that has caused extreme inconvenience. Meanwhile, the strata fees continue to rise year after year due to poorly managed operations. We urge our strata council to find a more efficient service provider.update: Whenever there is a problem, they always blame the manufacturer or #strata council and never think about how the issue can be resolved for home owners. Do you imagine elevators stopping for three months as you live on floor 26?It is absolutely unacceptable that your elevator has been broken for 3 months. Jonathan Gilmore, the strata agent, has been very unprofessional in dealing with these matters and has not been diligent in addressing the problem.

Jonathan Gilmore has been very responsive as both an owner as well as former council member. He was always available in emergencies and came up with creative solutions to address issues.

Air-Vac Services has been contracted by Cody Rae and AWM Alliance for many years now, to complete HVAC Cleaning for their Stratas. Cody has always given us the information required and enough leed time to properly schedule and perform the HVAC Cleanings for the properties that he manages. He makes it easy for us as a company to schedule properly, so the stratas that we perform work on are completed efficiently.

As the past president of EPS7248 I have had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Gilmore, Property Manager. We are very fortunate to have Jonathan managing our 200 unit high end condo complex. Jonathan is a very skilled individual who’s approach to the many complex issues has been nothing short of excellent. AWM has a great team and I highly recommend them.

This review is for strata agent Jeffrey Wang. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Jeffrey twice now in the past few months and he has been the most outstanding, responsive and helpful agent I have met. Truly appreciate having him as our agent for our townhouse complex. We have had several before who were also pleasant, but nobody like him. Thanks Jeffrey!

It has been a number of years since I had been part of a Strata so I was apprehensive and wary. From the get go, Senior Strata Agent, Sean Krause has been nothing but fantastic. He is incredibly helpful and quickly addresses and answers all of my questions. All of my communications with him have been positive and professional which is very much appreciated. I am so relieved that my Strata has such a strong, reliable, knowledgeable and beneficial Property Management team.

Update: We are deeply disappointed with the response to our concerns. Instead of addressing the issue, they have shifted blame onto the owner. We will be filing a complaint with BCFSA so that all facts can be considered and addressed appropriately.Update: The property manager only requests that your strata council install anything to fix more than four break-ins within a week? There's been a rise in our strata fees every year. Who is the thief?Two door handles and a car window were damaged in our building within the last few days, but were not disclosed in the Building Security Report. Our property manager, Jason Scott, failed to inform us of this information. There's no excuse for this kind of dishonesty.

Alright when they're responsive and take the time to understand your concerns.Unfortunately, that experience was inconsistent. I've wasted multiple hours dealing with them at a strata council level to a point where I just decided to leave my position as it was just too frustrating.
