Ashley is an amazing photographer. I cant’t say enough about how beautiful her photos are. You know how some people have a gift at what they do? This is how I would best describe Ashley. She has a way with children to get them comfortable in front of the camera and the results are natural lifestyle photos with beautiful expressions. I have had many people comment on the photos saying they look as though they are from a magazine shoot. Truly a worthwhile investment. My husband and I are so happy we found Yellow Brick Road Photography. Ashley works incredibly well with children and was able to capture our son perfectly for his birthday cake smash photos. She has a wonderful selection of outfits and her studio is warm, welcoming and very clean.We also appreciated the Covid protocols she has in place. This made us feel safe bringing our infant son to get these photos taken.Ashley is very professional and is quick to respond to questions and also provide detailed information.We can't wait to work with Ashley again to capture future family photos. Having your pictures done by Ashley is like having a very talented family member take them. You instantly feel comfortable, like you've known each other forever, and it's incredibly relaxed. We had both maternity (studio) and newborn (at home lifestyle) photo sessions done, which can be stressful with a toddler and then a newborn added. Both went amazing. Our toddler loved Ashley, and kept talking about her for weeks. The photos she captured were incredible and of course we (mainly me) couldn't choose a subset so we purchased the whole lot because they were all so beautiful.Ashley is super friendly, professional, and very understanding when it came to my mommy brain moments. You can't help but feel totally at ease around her. Her studio was lovely, I truly appreciated the curated wardrobe, and she took every precaution to make sure covid protocols were followed. Ashley is a master in her craft! She made us all feel comfortable from the moment she walked into our house. From examining the spaces to offering suggestions on poses while also incorporating our own requests, made for an extremely enjoyable experience. The way she is able to handle a newborn so efficiently while transitioning between the poses was super impressive. I read another review that said Ashley feels like a member of your family and that couldn’t be more true. The level of comfort she provides while making you feel like you already knew each other is exactly what I want for an at home service. Our daughter was the 6th child in our extended family to be photographed by Ashley and now I know why! Photos and wall canvases turned out amazing. Ashley, I cannot thank you enough for capturing this milestone for our family.Our entire experience was perfect. From the comfort in the studio (the warmth, the sound machines), the communication (there was no detail left out. Ashley gave us specific info on what the expect and how to prep), the care (Ashley masked and wore gloves to ensure our little one was protected since she was a brand new babe) and the product (Ashley is beyond talented. Ashley has been doing our family photos since 2018 and I wish I had found her even sooner! She is amazing with the kids, and I can always count on her to get the perfect shot. Working with kids is not easy but she is patient and kind. I am always pleased with how our photos turn out year after year, and love displaying them in our home. I can not recommend her enough. 10/10!
