I am very unhappy with the service and product. The installer came and measured and after call to see when the product would be delivered ( this was a week late). The cupbroad are not right and they have also broken one cabinets.

Very poor customer service. Could never get an actual date on when the cabinets would be ready, they kept stating dates but I never got an update until I called after the date had passed. The installers never showed up on time and never seemed to know the scope of the work. Overall very poor experience and I Do Not Recommend.

I am currently in a third home that had Recency install cabinets.....the quality of the products is on par with most other mid-range shops in town, but the installations I've seen is atrocious. The worst part is fixing what I can while dealing with home owners being heartbroken and financially strapped.If you are in the market for new cabinetry, whether here or at other companies, never pay more then 50% until ALL work is completed. All Touch-ups, adjustments, garbage removed, etc.I hope Recency takes this for what it is, constructive criticism. Maybe they just had a rough patch of terrible installers?

Workmanship is very good. Customer service is okay sometimes due to high amount of work according to their shop size. Only cabinet shop in city with automated machines which I really like. But there is always room for improvement.

I used Regency Cabinets for my kitchen cabinet doors. Their price was good with the quality. Product was delivered and installed on time. We had some hiccups during the installation date, but the way they handled and sorted the thing on the same day is commendable. I am really impressed with the professionalism and time in which they sorted things out and finished the job on the same day. This was my first time using them but in future they will be my go to guys for cabinets.

Overall experience was fine until our vanity showed up with missing parts.21 days later I have yet to receive the parts needed to finish my reno.They were supposed to be mailed and they never came. Then they said they would be give me a tracking number, mail again the parts and that never happened.Then they they told me to contact someone else and I did only to be told to pick the part up in fort mac (I'm in Edmonton).Tired of this run around over a simple hinge.

Poor attitude and customer service. Went into this shop looking for replacement cabinet doors and the manager was very rude and did not feel/want to answer any of my questions. He had a take it leave it" attitude

Very good customer service. I came in with not much idea about the cabinets I wanted, but the owners gave me a wide variety of thermofoils and wood stains to choose from. They were very willing to help.
