Wonderful , I don't believe I can make some trophies that quick and excellent quality and very good price too, very nice and friendly service.

First time came here and happy with the service. So far they have some selections glass plagues we like. Manage to expedite service for a small fee. Will be back for other trophy needs. Thank you.

Imperial Trophies is always great. I would recommend them to anyone regardless of how big or small their order. The staff are very pleasant and give you recommendations on what the best product would be to suit your needs. In my case, I was looking to make a trophy for a golf tournament that me and my friends were doing. Dennis gave me solid advice on what would look best and gave me a few different options in different price ranges. This place has been great with the Covid situation because he told me to just email him with which one I would like to proceed with if I was interested. This saved me a trip, and also kept me safe during these times. The trophy ended up coming out great and I would come here again!

They did a good job. Dennis is patience and helpful, he would like to revise the special font of the layout again and again to meet my need. Even the front desk girl, Kourtney, she showed different kind of stands that they carries and answered my questions professionally. I really appreciate their customer services.

Just wanted to thank Imperial Trophies for engraving ornaments for my sons for Christmas. This is not something that they typically do but the engraver did it out of the goodness of his heart and went above and beyond. This is a great local business that is worth supporting. Thanks again :)

There was a mistake with my order (my own mistake) and Dennis and his team rectified the situation in a speedy manner, which saved me hours/days of hassle for me. Much appreciated!!!

I have used Imperial Trophies for various events, I could go to someone closer, but I always choose them because of their impeccable customer service. Imperial always goes above and beyond to ensure that their customers needs are met. This has been a family run business for as long as I have been using their services. Dennis the owner, and now his daughter Kourtney are always a pleasure to deal with.The process is always a breeze regardless of who you are dealing with, send an email with what you want, and they create a template for me to ensure the product will suit my needs. They also provided samples when I placed larger orders just to make sure that I would be satisfied completely before I proceeded. I don't know how they do it, must be the long hours that they work, because my orders are always completed in record time and I never have an issue.There was even a time where I did not order the right amount of product (my mistake) and it would have ended in disaster for me. However, I called Dennis after hours and without hesitation or extra cost he told me that he would be able to get the extra product for me. This is the reason I always go back to them.With Covid, a lot of small businesses are struggling, when I went into Imperial they are following all the guidelines to make sure that I am safe as a customer. I really appreciate their great service every time I order from them. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

( This is the first online review I’ve ever written)Dennis (the owner) provided THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED >> Especially during sensitive times << amidst covid-19 recession and while trying to produce a memorial piece for my recently deceased grandmother.I source and work with print/production suppliers all the time. Word-for-word, he complained that he'd already spent more than 30 minutes a $40 product and my request for a photo of a sample was not worth his time (he encouraged me to request a refund). We are in a recession and a referral economy. Dennis has failed to understand the exponential growth potential by being kind to customers.When I called to followup on my unanswered questions he proceeded to blame me for not coming into the store to shop myself. (My Chinese speaking mother and aunt went to make the purchase without my knowing and asked me to followup as the English speaker and help supply artwork for production). Also, we’re currently social distancing.All I wanted was a photo of a demo (I asked for this on the phone once and over email twice). He said he didn’t understand my question. My email signature includes my phone number. Very basic initiative could have been taken, but apparently a $40 product and a lifetime of referrals during a recession was not worth his time. Making sure the memorial piece was special for his customer was not worth his time.You are not worth Dennis’s time.Go elsewhere

Another great experience at Imperial Trophies, Dennis put together a custom piece for my boat. Great attention to detail for a good price. I highly recommend them.
