Worst experience at a sub shop hands down. Went 2x this past week. Bad experiences each time. Only went back the 2nd time thinking maybe it was an off day for the employee, though after the 2nd time there, I've learnt the service and food quality are just consistently terrible.The lady serving us was beyond unpleasant having a moody demeanor. Was rude when asked about toppings. I ordered a bacon turkey guac and there was hardley any turkey! There wasnt even enough turkey to cover the bun. My guess was 2 thin slices 1mm thick, broken up. Only about a half piece of bacon crumbled on my entire 9 sub

As others have stated.Lady was rude,didn’t talk or offer toppings of any sort. Here’s your $18.78 order of plain toasted bread,we don’t want your business anyway. No condiments or veggies set out like a normal Quiznos. Floor was absolutely disgusting. Shut er down already. If you don’t want to offer decent food or service then let the franchise go.EDIT: been 15 minutes and the runs already,definitely going to have food poisoning. I wondered when I saw how dirty it was and how the lady didn’t care about anything. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Really bad customer service ever had . She was so mean not even smiling or looking at us. At the time of order we ask her not to put cheese on and she didn’t even answer, I thought she might have not heard what we ask. I repeat myself and she was like yeah I get that so atleast say yes or respond on what we said and then we ask her about the red wine sauce which sounds like it has something that we can’t have and when we ask she was like of course it is veg sab with very rude tone. Me and my friend already having a bad day and she make it more worst. Food was good but staff was so mean.

My experience was terrible!!!!The lady working was extremely rude to my friend and I. Never made are sandwiches the way we asked her too and never offered any topping so it was soggy and all bread! It was disgusting and couldn’t even eat past the first bite . I asked the lady for some honey mustard 3x and she rudely said to me to wait but said it in a ignorant way. The minute we walked in there she never smiled and was pushing us to order are food and was being so rude. My bill was $15.00 and that’s alot of money when it’s all waisted because it’s gross and no topping but bread. I called the lady at the store to talk to her manager about this issue and was very rude when she bluntly said she is the manager ignorantly.I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to eat there again and either will my friend who was with me and had the same run in with the lady. Until management is fixed there and the employees do there job properly than you lost 2 great costumers …..!!!!

Absolutely terrible! I will never return! No salads available at 5:20 pm? I was told that they do not serve salads at this time of day. I was also told that pickles were an additional charge. Since when!?! Terrible

$15 bucks (including 10% tip) for a 9 inch sub from a girl who didn't seem too friendly felt like bad value. I regret going, but I will give more than one star since the sub itself wasn't too bad - just feels extremely expensive for what I got. Won't make that mistake again. Wish I'd read the reviews of this place.

I have NEVER in my life had worse customer service than with this same female employee of yours at this location. I’m done being quiet because this is not the first time she has been very rude and argumentative and literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I own a business and if this was my employee I would be complete embarrassed and ashamed. There was another customer in the store and he told me he was calling corporate because the exact same thing happened to him, and I told him about my past experiences also. I have reached out to corporate complaints explaining the situation and would love to speak to whoever the heck owns this place and allows this employee to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also seeing other reviews about her on here that is clearly the same person. Arguing with me about my order saying I’m wrong 15 times when the other customer heard what I said and she still continues to argue with me.. with the most attitude and disrespect- I am literally flabbergasted!

So this is the third time I’ve had a bad experience service wise here. All three times staff has said nothing but what would you like, once I order if I don’t say right away I want lettuce tomato on my sub, they just pack it up. I was there today ordering two foods and I ordered the first one and they lady just walked away as I stood there waiting for my next order. I get to the pay portion and it’s just how will you pay. They say three words and nothing else. Your part of customer service…maybe be a little personable. There’s never any napkins and if you ask it’s like you ruined their day with your question. Just very disappointing.

Ordered two meals. The lady was working too quickly to get us out, when we were the only ones there. The bacon is tiny little chunks instead of strips so you get a clump of bacon every 20 bites, honestly. It took us a while for the lady to understand what we even wanted, so much so we didn't have time to say what we didn't want on the sub itself. Also, NO VEGGIES OUT. We were looking forward to the delicious Quiznos pickles, but nothing was there. She also didn't try to up sell" at all. She instantly rung us up without offering a meal
