Very professional repair

These guys are the best in town! I was trying to call a couple of people before I reached this service. The reason why nobody wanted to show up is because it was -32 degrees, but the service technician arrived upon agreed time and did the best service.

Jey & team performed an inspection for an Ontario Safety Certificate on an RV that my partner & I were thinking of purchasing, and they were super professional and super helpful! We didn't end up purchasing this RV, but we will 100% use them for our next potential purchase. I have so many positive things to say about my experience with them: 1) It was very convenient for the seller that he didn't have to take the RV anywhere, since the service is mobile (helped us convince him to let us safety the RV pre-purchase); 2) Jey did some extra tests that were not required for the safety, and was clearly advocating on our behalf. He genuinely seemed to want to make sure that we were making a smart decision. 3) People have said to us that safety inspectors will always find something wrong so that they can profit from the repair. Jey did find a problem but didn't offer to fix it (too busy!) and didn't recommend another shop - makes me think that he had no ulterior motive. Also, we confirmed after he left that the parking break was in fact faulty, as he indicated. 4) In my vehicle ownership experience thus far, I've noticed that mechanics tend to direct all conversation to my (male) partner, even when I'm the one that arranged the service, start the conversation, etc. Jey is literally the first mechanic that treated me (a woman) as an equal, capable of conversing about vehicle issues. Since I was the one that arranged everything, he asked to speak to ME directly when he found a problem. It was so refreshing. 5) They squeezed us into their busy schedule on short notice!
