Had initial consultation with Maria, seemed knowledgeable but incredibly difficult to get ahold of.Sent an email to her, assistants, and even the office. Assured me that she usually takes 3 business days to reply, but it’s been over a week.Doesn’t seem reassuring if you need to purchase consultations with her to get any sort of follow up responses.tldr: unless you’re willing to purchase emergency consultations, may never hear back from the office.
