Hôtel Manoir Victoria

Perfect location but not very accessible if you have special needs, such as wheelchair or bad needs, because you have to use the stairs to get to the lobby. Otherwise, great place to stay.

The location is excellent - right on the edge of Old Quebec. The rooms were OK. The service was shockingly bad. First, we discovered there is no laundry service at the weekend and we arrived too late on Friday to be able to get laundry done. Then on Saturday our room was not serviced until we complained early in the afternoon. When it was, we were not supplied with bath towels (and the used ones were removed), which we didn't realise until I was already showered next morning. At that point, we called reception and it took over 20 minutes to get towels, but which time I had managed to dry myself with hand towels and a flannel, which was all we had.The worst was yet to come. We asked for a taxi to take us to Sainte Foy railway station at 2030, a 25 minute drive. When it arrived, it had only been booked to take us to the local railway station a couple of minutes walk away. This caused massive issues because the taxi had another booking at 2100 and refused to take us. We resolved this only by refusing to get out of the taxi until the taxi driver found an alternative, which he eventually did. (We had a scheduled long distance train we could not be late for.) All this stress because the hotel staff failed to book what we requested. The word incompetent" springs to mind."

This is a fantastic hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. The service was excellent, especially Bernard at the front desk.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable, the hotel employees were highly professional, courteous, helpful, welcoming and really kind.Also, thank you to Julian, Christine and Vaniet, who were around serving the breakfast time, providing excellent service.

The people who worked here were very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable. Note that there is a long staircase to the lobby. Employees carried our luggage to and from the street for us, but if you have mobility issues this is probably not the hotel for you.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure!Only stayed one night but this was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and modern. Right near all the main streets and attractions of the city. You can walk from your place to anything you would want. Carl made our stay even better with being very helpful! A great porter to have.

I have stayed in a few hotels in Quebec City, including the Frontenac. This is my favourite. It is elegant, modernised, well-laid out with large comfortable rooms. It is right on the edge of the most popular areas, so they are easy to access, without crowding your hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. We always use the valet parking, as we do not use our car while we are there.It's elegance matches the city itself - the best place in town.

I booked a room for business stay. There’s long staircase at the entrance to go the reception, and no elevator! So good luck if you have luggages.Restaurant kitchen is open till 10pm and the night I stayed there the resto was complete and the hotel doesn’t offer room service!! So NO room service!On top of that, the breakfast restaurant was closed during my stay and it wasn’t mentioned on their website. I would never book it if I knew there’s no breakfast.Not a convenient hotel to stay at all. This hotel should be rated 2-star not 4-star…Definitely Won’t come back here!

The Manoir Victoria is quite discreet but the rooms are complete with all the necessities. There is also a pool surprisingly and a sauna. The location is also great, only a few minutes' walk from all the major points. There is also a few restaurants inside. Only thing would be the flight of stairs before reception which you'll have to heave up your luggage.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Manoir Victoria. It exceeded our expectations in every respect. The hotel is in wonderful shape, our room was terrific, the pool is terrific and very well maintained, the staff are incredibly friendly.All in all it was an ideal place to stay and we would reserve again in a heartbeat.
