Friendly, professional, and high quality service. My family and I have been using Smiley Pool Service for years and highly recommend them. We feel comfortable and confident that our pool is in the best hands when they’re taking care of our pool needs.

I usually don't write reviews but I'm responding to a few recent negative ones that I've read. First of all if you're gonna own a pool how about educating yourself on maintaining it. Owning a pool isn't a once a week process. You need to monitor it daily. Especially during drought and high rain conditions. Second.. complaining about pricing is a little ridiculous. You people do realize that gas is $5 a gallon and there are many intangibles to owning a business. A company doesn't charge $200 or $490 and put it in their pocket for some prime rib that night. Get with the times people. Stop whining and complaining and do your part with your own pool. You should also take into consideration how you close your pool. I close mine Crystal clear clean and these guys open it that way. Difference between me and you complainers is I'm not too lazy to put some time into my pool in between their visits.

I have had them for for 7 years and they have always done an excellent job. Cameron has been very responsive every time we had an issue with the pool. Brandi is our tech and she is prompt and responsive, as well. Knowing that we were traveling and that we miss our kitty cat she sent a pic of the pool after being serviced as well as one of our kitty cat. Good job and very thoughtful Brandi. Tks!

Charged me $490 to open the pool. They took the cover off and started up the pump and got water to right level. They did not vacuum the pool or clean in any way. They then rolled the cover up incorrectly and did not even place it in the bag. They were here less than 1 hr. Took me 3 hours of pool cleaning, etc. to finish the job. Will not be using them again for anything.

Not pleased at all. We reacheduled appointment and got confirmation and they still showed up and started doing pool. I had no idea until I looked out the window. They didnt vaccum my pool, didnt test water or wait for pool to fill up to finish the job. We spent $300 today for very unprofessional work. Very disapointed and I want my money back or these guys to come back and finish the job. This is our first year and new home with inground pool and this is what we get. Very unprofessional company still waiting for call and issue to be corrected. Not happy.

The company was very professional. They showed up on time and showed me how to keep my water balanced in between cleanings. They also corrected my mistakes when I made them. My pool has never been cleaner

We have had such a great experience with Smiley Pool Service. We moved to the area last year and he helped us to clean up the pool at our new place and also get one more year out of the old heater. This year he helped us find a new heater and took care of the whole installation. When we decided to put on a new diving board and slide he handled that as well. He takes care of opening, closing, and weekly cleanings. He's friendly and has great prices. We have zero complaints. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! My husband and I recently purchased a property and we both thought the inground pool was going to need a complete overhaul. Paul was unbelievably informative and gave us invaluable knowledge. He calmed all of the anxiety we had about opening the pool and caring for it. We'll be calling him again with all of our pool needs and again this season to close. Highly recommended!

Good, efficient service. They opened and closed my pool this year and were very professional the entire time, following appropriate COVID-19 precautions relative to the work they were doing while still moving quickly. I was very pleased with their work and their attention to detail.I will definitely be using them for pool openings and closings in the future!
