Ordered a Microphone through Amazon which never arrived. Only way to email them was through their website. Told me there was an error sending the email followed by a customer service link which led me to a page full of ads. Ablosule sham of a company, never use them.

4PX Express reported to AliExpress that they delivered the package and somehow they reported it twice but it had been never delivered. There is no way to reach them by phone, no voice mail even. I think AliExpress should stop working with this kind of delivery company

Drops off package in front of business in downtown at midnight. One at 11:50pm one at 2 am.I don’t know why do they find drivers to do that but the homeless guys surely enjoyed the free stuff

They reported to aliexpress that my package was delivered yet I didn’t get anything in the mail so I got no refund. Aliexpress just put this shipping company on another one of my packages so I hope it gets delivered this time!

Handed package to worker inside. It has been over 5 days. The tracking provided is seems to be fake because it says tracking number unavailable on tracking website. It seems they try to delay your packages so you don't get your refund.- UPDATE: The package somehow got to destination warehouse and I was refunded even though I was never able to track the package. I increased my ratings for this. But regardless they operate with a disconnected phone number and no email, only way to contact them is if you go in-person.
