The classic Swiss Chalet food offerings with an upgraded decor and a LOT of new menu options.What’s the same? Same value.Haven’t eaten in a new location like this, it was great and for a very busy holiday lunch rush the service was outstanding.

Swiss Chalet
Swiss Chalet has been a favorite from my childhood days. Whenever I'm in Canada I make sure to stop in for a meal. The food was great, as always! We had the pleasure of being served by Farzy. She was spectacular! she was funny, personable, fast and attentive.

Service was great, staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was clean and comfortable.The meals was great, fresh, crispy fries, great stuffing and cranberry sauce. I had the quarter chicken dark meat and the only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because my chicken was very small and they changed the dinner rolls. My husband had the hot chicken sandwich feast with friend and green beans and his plate was loaded.

I really don't like giving less than 3 stars, but my experience was honestly less than subpar. Every year as a family tradition we get festive specials at Swiss Chalet after cutting our Christmas Tree. We came to this location this year, we were a party of 7. Our waitress was fairly polite at the beginning, but it did get busier as we dined. She did let us know it was busy, which I don't mind being patient when that happens. The issue was that she started to make us feel like an inconvenience for asking for basic things we were supposed to get, such as butter for our rolls, and horse radish sauce that two of the meals ordered were supposed to come with but did not. She would keep saying give me time I'm really busy. And we had to keep asking her for stuff, because before we could finish asking for the butter, she rushed away hastily, so we could not say what else we needed. It made us feel bad to ask for anything, my cousin wanted hot sauce but decided to just not ask for it. The part that really annoyed me was the dessert portion of the meal. My uncle asked for a coffee and said she I don't think there is any brewed

We live at 410 and Queen and this location is our favourite. The food in this location is always fresh and hot. Our waitress Farzy is outstanding. Friendly knowledgeable fun and always wonderful. We don’t go very often but have never been disappointed. We keep coming back to this one. Highly recommend.

Good food, nice ambience, reasonable pricing and friendly staff. One of those few places which are still price friendly and serving great quality. Ideally located at heartland town centre, Mississauga.

How can this restaurant always be out of double leg dinners? I have been through the drive thru about 4 times in the last three months, and each time I have ordered 2 double leg meals to be told that they only have white meat? I will usually then order a quarter chicken or order Harvey's instead, but not today, I went elsewhere. I am tired of waiting in line to be told you don't carry legs!

Great place and great food. A big shoutout to our server Farzi. She did an amazing job serving our food. She was kind and very friendly. We enjoyed our time. Would definitely recommend this location.
