We went with our son & gf. The food was good but quite salty. I know they make their money on drinks but there was too much so it took away from it. My biggest complaint was the accessibility. TERRIBLE!! No ramp off the parking lot & the one just in the is quite steep & slippery I couldn't get up it. Getting down was worse as the ramp ends about 2-3 ft from a wall. Come on Schanks you can do better...disgusted.The waitress though was excellent, funny, friendly & on the ball. I wish I knew her name.

Unfortunately we had a bad service experience that night at Schanks. Our server, Kayla, was not only inexperienced in serving a large group, but most importantly, she was very rude as a server. I can understand the inexperience. but never a rude server like Kayla was with our group. Our tables were poorly attended and clearly not cleaned the entire time. Our server, Kayla, was very neglectful. The food was ok and so were the cocktails. The bar was empty all the time, which doesn't justify the lack of care and attention. It was a really awful experience.

we were assisted by one of the most polite and surely one of the best restaurant manager I met here at YYC. His name is Wade! His people skills is exceptional! He made sure that we were taken care off. I rarely post reviews but he's an exception. My family are happy with his and staff's service. Servers are friendly! Food is good and the ambience is something else. I'm just surprise that there were less people who came in a Friday night. Nonetheless, we are coming back not just for the food and ambience but for the people working in there as well!

I don't often write negative reviews but after my visit today I felt the need to speak up. We ordered wings and once ready to leave, we were told about their policy that we couldn't take our leftovers because the wings were 'on special'. They claim to have told us upon ordering that it was for 'Dine In Only'. No one in our party remembered that, yet even so... we WERE dining in, and had leftovers. I am so confused trying to understand how an organization thinks it makes more sense to waste food rather than let us take our 7 remaining wings. They initially said they'd make an exception, but then came back saying an exception wasn't possible. Finally asking for a name I could tag in my Google Maps review, they ended up giving me a box. I now have my 7 wings, but no name to tag. Next time I'll just pay full price. Actually, there won't be a next time. I don't plan to visit Schanks MacLeod Trail again, and suggest you don't go either.

We finally made it!! We've been wanting to check this place out for a while...After checking online to make sure kids were allowed in, we decided to go for NFL Sunday, 49cent wings and 50% off arcade games ..... so we thought...We arrived around 11, very disappointed to find out the wing deal doesn't start until 2 pm....(it does show this on their menu, although it is not very clear)We decided to still stick with the plan..The arcade games were really fun!The wings were good.Alot of TV to watch the games.Overall, it was a nice Sunday outing with the family.

Great place to hangout with friends or date here. Lots of tv to watch your favourite sports such as they have UFC pay preview which is awesome to get out for night out. Lots of table you can seat and enjoy your dinner and drinks. Good selection on tab but food was Mediocre. Nachos was a meh …. Service was awesome. 10/10. This place have games such as pool table mini golf and video games. You can place bet on house racing too. Lots of options. Great place.

Went in on Saturday around 3pm.. it was dead.. we did order food. My son chicken wings were delicious and my daughter chicken fingers and fries were yummy.. my chicken burger was not great and my husband burger was meh... the guy who served us wasn't very good. Didn't ask if we wanted refills.. didn't add onions in my order had to ask for them after food arrived. We played mini golf.. it was fun but the area needs renos...

Kids and adults enjoying games and food. It was nice to be able to spend time together.Our waitress was new and did her best!Food was delicious!Steak sandwiches, beef deep, hambugers, sliders and boneless chicken!

It was a fantastic time, right from beginning to end. We came on a Sunday evening and not too busy, so we enjoyed spectacular service, good food and fresh cold drinks! Very modern and spacious, meticulously clean. Warm friendly staff. A sports watching paradise, with so many screens! The Stamps game we wanted to watch was available on many screens, and we played a game of pool at halftime. Chicken wings and onion rings, pizza and the Cubano sandwich with yam fries were well timed and tasty! Thanks, will definitely recommend and return again soon!
