My session with Lara was a stress reliever. The clinic's calming ambiance sets the tone. Lara welcomes you with a soothing foot bath and a moment to relax. My ticklish feet were calmed by Lara's technique; gentle yet firm. She found many tender spots on the soles of my feet; it was that kind of pain that feels so good. Lara explains what she finds, and you feel that progress is being made. I felt pleasantly relaxed and a lightness at the end of the session. I slept better that night than I have in years!!!

Lindsay is amazing.... She is such a great reflexologist. If you have never had your feet worked on, you need to check her out. She really knows her stuff, knows exaclty where to go, and is very personable!!! I highly recommend her!!!
