Ace Chimney Cleaning

Very helpful! Fast affordable chimney service. We have never owned a fireplace before and he was willing to take the time to explain everything we need to know. My husband and I were both extremely happy with his service and are enjoying a fire now.

I was originally happy with the service and work completed. They installed a new chimney flue extension after the wind took our old one off. Within the first week, we noticed issues with smoke backing up into the house. It got so bad, we had to quit burning and since we couldn't get anyone to respond to our phone calls, we had to call another company. We were told this new piece was too small for our chimney and given a quote to replace it. All I want is a return call and for them to fix the issue. Not only did we have to pay for another inspection (just to have someone look at it), it's costing us so much more to run the furnace! I'm willing to change my review to 5 stars if this can be taken care of quickly.

Anthony arrived on time, got the chimney cleaned, and was very knowledgeable. Our fireplace has a blower and it turns out Anthony knows how to fix the motor, which is awesome. I'll be calling them again next year. Very reasonable prices.

Great experience with Ace. Anthony was knowledgeable, personable, and reasonably priced. Did a great job rebuilding my chimney's crown, tuckpointing, and waterproofing. When a competitor wanted to tear down and rebuild my entire chimney, Anthony felt it was savable, saving me thousands in the end. A roofer who got up there to install vents after him stated that the masonry work he did was top-notch. He also took time from his busy schedule to help me transport materials for an unrelated project, thus saving me delivery costs! This was simply out of the kindness of his heart. We need more people like him in the world!Word to the wise to those looking for masonry chimney work/repairs, few companies will take on physical, dirty chimney work, let alone make a business out of it. I only patronize local businesses, and for that reason feel fortunate that the one company we do have in Fort is honest and family owned for generations. Thank you Ace!

I recently bought a house and wanted to have the wood burning fireplace checked out. I had concerns about a potential leak and wanted the chimney cleaned and just an overall safety checkup. They were on time, friendly, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They provided me with a couple of upgrades but we're not pushy at all. In fact, he told me in my particular situation that I do not need to use his services as frequently as what I had thought. I felt confident with the work that they did and felt like they treated me like they would treat someone in their family. I am sure they get busy in the fall, so I would book them sooner than later.
